I purchased AppleCare on all of my Apple products. It has come in handy for my watch and phone. I haven't had to use it fo yet and hope not to. But when the time comes forward to be used the customer service is excellent in the repair process is quick And painless.

Very simple. I paid a lot of money for a macbook and this is a necessary support purchase in my opinion for year 2 of ownership after the 1 year warranty expires. I have also had great luck and experience with repairs under applecare warranty.

This is my first macbook and I am afraid of accidental damage or unexpected problem that I can't fix by myself. So I bought the AppleCare plan to cover my warranty. If there's something wrong, I can just take my macbook to the Apple stores and have it fixed.

Cant' drop $1600 on a new computer without having the proper insurance and support. No brainer.

My computer was such a huge investment that buying a protection plan just made sense to me. You never know what might happen after the year's warranty is up so having an extended warranty could save a lot of stress and money down the line.

Computers do fail at times, and AppleCare is an awesome warranty to buy - you can just bring your laptop into a Best Buy store, any Apple Store, or can call/chat with Apple tech support (that's actually based in US or Canada) when issues arise.

It is difficult to purchase protection plan after protection plan but with this one it is worth it. The Apple support team are really great and I have piece of mind knowing if something fails it will be fixed or replaced without question.

I purchased the apple care for my MacBook Pro in May 2016, I felt that for such a pricey item it was a must. Computer are always prone to spills and physical damage, so it's important to have that cover despite the manufacturer warranty.

Why not purchase the Apple extended warranty for the peace of mind of extended protection? Plus, it made my wife reel better to know she was covered by an Apple certified program that could be easily accessed via Best Buy locations close to our home.

I always buy the apple protection plan for my MacBook laptops. It is nice to have a backup plan in case something happens when I am traveling. Additionally, Apple is very helpful at answering any of my mac questions when I call them.

I have a little 1-year old who has already toppled my laptop to the ground twice (luckily with no damage), but the piece of mind from having Apple Care alone keeps me from flying into a rage/panic/raging panic when it does happen.

This product provides me the security that if anything goes wrong with my computer, fixing it is not so dreadful as it sounds. As a college student, this allows me to be worry free in case issues with my computer come up in the future.

1 year ago i got my macbook air and there was a hardware problem after taking the MacBook to the store they told it will cost around 500$ to fix it wich is pretty much half the price of the macbook I recommend you guys getting it

I had to have my '06 MacBook serviced after I burned out the cd drive. I had a fully repaired MacBook in my hands within 24 hours of calling the support line- and I lived in the boonies. I'll always go with AppleCare after that.

I have never been a fan of protection plans. But this one made sense. Why? It is on you at all times. The chances of exposing the Apple Watch to danger is more likely than not. As a result, the Protection Plan was a good fit for me.

Recommend to anyone purchasing Apple computer - even though Apple products are superior in my estimation, this is insurance just in case. I don't have to worry about incurring costly repairs should they become necessary.

My Macbook is extremely fast, it is by far the best computer I've ever used. I wasn't always into Apple products but after I purchased my first iPhone this year I figured why not? Also, the customer service was fairly decent.

If you buy an Apple product you need Apple care! There support team and abilities are so professional and no question is too small. Apple also allows you to schedule a time for them to call you rather then waiting in a que.

I have yet to use this, but it's great to know that I have insurance if something goes wrong. The AppleCare workers are also very nice and amicable. I would definitely recommend buying this along with your Apple device.

I always purchase the Apple Care for all my Apple products. While I've not had to use this yet, it's nice to know that we have the extra help if/when needed. The replacement option is a plus and gives us peace of mind.
