Every computer will have an issue, no matter who is making it. It's better to be safe than sorry. I've never been disappointed in buying coverage. It's always helped. I have been furious when I didn't have it though.

Bought the laptop for a high school student in the family and figured better get the "warranty" since kids are hard on electronics. Apple offers a student rate for equipment used by students, which was a huge plus.

i am not sure if applecare includes accidental coverage, but this is a good protection plan to buy. If you are already spending this much money on a apple product i think it would be wise to splurge on a protection plan. The apple reps are available to answer any and all questions you may have, i personally dont like talking on the phone so i prefer to use the chat system

AppleCare will help you no matter what the issue. Customer care is invaluable. Defective chargers, batteries, quickly replaced at a certified apple care provider and seller. Worth the investment for your peace of mind.

Very rarely will a MacBook pro have any trouble within 3 years, but as a matter of policy, I ALWAYS get a protection plan for a laptop AppleCare covers everything, it is a must buy for any apple laptop you would buy.

My Apple hasn’t been taken in for any problems yet. But if so I know that the Apple care will take care of anything I need, due to the fact my parents have this with their Apple and have had to use it.

I usually always purchase a protection plan, especially electronics that can be costly in the event of a repair...Apple products are great, but as with most electronics when things break, they are costly to repair.

I bought the laptop protection because my daughter is away at college and I want to have the peace of mind of knowing that if something goes wrong she can just get the laptop worked on no matter where is she at.

Really enjoy the confidence of knowing my device is protected from any faults I can't prevent. I had to replace the battery on my last computer twice in 2 years just so it can again hold a charge for only 30 minutes.

The AppleCare protection is definitely worth it. I have used it a couple of times on other products. You could bring it to Apple or Bestbuy if their is a problem. If it can't be fixed it will be replaced.

any laptop purchase should be with a protection plan...don't fall victim to manufacturer warranties that don't cover anything but "manufacturer" defective material...protect yourself at all times cause you never know

I highly recommend apples protection plans. Even if you don’t end up using them, it’s worth the cost vs. the risk of damaging your device and not being able to do anything about it.

Not sure how to review this product because we have not had the opportunity to use it which is a good thing. I would recommend getting it as the repair cost for these MacBooks can be quite expensive.

But... I don't think bees have actual knees. I'll still be using the bonuses it includes like the classes & what not. Couverage against things that could occur doesn't seem like a bad idea at all.

I bought the protection plan since I learned the hard way after buying a Microsoft Surface Pro and not getting the Geek Squad protection offered. Apple doesn't have Geek Squad protection so went with theirs.

I'd rather Apple built a product to last, but the protection plan is fairly priced. Had I bought the plan last time I would not have needed to buy a new laptop. Great coverage provides peace of mind.

we got this applecare protection plan for 3 years to have some peace of mind that if there is any problem with the laptop we are covered and don't have to worry about unexpected expenses. thank you

I was in a dilemma before purchasing the apple care plan but I'm definitely glad I went with it. I've heard too many stories where the 1 year warranty expires and something happens to the computer

Probably the best care plan out there. Customer service is great and they will take care of you for support. Many others just work with you during incidents requiring replacement or repairs.
