I am a young college school student life is uncertain with lots of choices to make some easy and some hard but this one was easy i needed this protection plan in case of life's what IF!

I have not been able to use it other than I feel its good to have in case you have problems. You only get warranty on your Mac for 1 year, with the warranty you get 3 years. I feel its better.

Although I have never had to have my apple products repaired as to date, the support of software issues alone has been a great help! When in doubt I can call AppleCare and my worries are over!

Although I have not had to rely on this coverage, I feel very good to have it just in case something happens to the computer I just bought my son for college. I feel it was a very good purchase.

I have mostly all apple products now. The insurance is extremely helpful! If something on the computer breaks, keys, burner, anything, there is internal issues, or for some unexplained reason your computer decides to stop working. That happened to me one time, the computer didn't work for some reason and they replaced it with a new computer, I just had to pay the difference of the updated version, which is a whole lot LESS then buying a whole new laptop. Don't forget to renew before it expires tho, they send out a e-mail but sometimes I don't check my e-mails alot and it expired, but once it expires you can't renew the insurance. I have to remember that on my newer apple laptop.

When you get an Apple Care plan, you know that Apple will go out of its way to take care of you. Too bad they don't cover accidents (drops and spills). I also wish they offered a 5 year plan.

When you purchase a computer, it's always a good idea to purchase the protection plan for peace of mind! I've had to us it (not on this laptop) in the past and it was money well spent!

why wouldn't you want to protect your laptop...? don't you believe in peace of mind...or do you want to lose a piece of mind once you find out how much that battery replacement costs...?

I have not used this latest one I have because the comp. is brand new. But I have used this warranty in the past with another laptop. I had the laptop fixed twice, and then it was replaced!

I purchased apple care to protect my laptop. Excellent value when purchased with the computer. The support has been awesome, they answer all your questions very quickly and efficiently.

I always get the protection plan with any electronic purchase i make at Best Buy and have always been happy with the services when I have had to use them. Its always been quick and easy.

I know this will really come in handy, when you're in doubt about something going on with your laptop or any apple product you have purchase and have insurance they will absolutely help you :)

Purchasing the Apple Care program for my new Macbook Pro was a no brainer. I hope to never have to use it, but in the event that I would need help it's there. Apple Care gives me peace of mind!

Gave it 5 stars because I know Apple techs are top notch. This is the purchase I hope I never need to use. Like most insurance you gotta have it if for nothing else then peace of mind.

I always choose to purchase the apple care as it gives me peace of mind knowing that if an issue arises with my expensive product(s) that it will be taken care of!

The price is a little high, but as someone who has had to use AppleCare before this is not the place you want to go cheap. Would definitely recommend adding the extra protection.

Not that I'm at all worried about my Macbook Pro having issues; I have always found Apple products to be extremely reliable. But it is nice to have a protection plan just in case.

So happy and pleased I spent the extra money for the protection plan. I started having some problems with my Mac and I went to the store and they helped me with no question at all.

After many years had my old MacBook go out on me, even though that was well past the length of this warranty I am comforted that I have a little extra help with my new MacBook Pro!
