It's so sweet to have this when your computer goes down. I've twice taken advantage of it and had my computer restored to better than ever! You NEED to have AppleCare!

I would recommend this anyone that is spending a good chunk of change on a new MacBook. You never know when this might come in handy and save you a bunch of money.

Hopefully I won't need to use this, but I'm glad the associate suggested it. I feel secure knowing I have it for my 15" MacBook pro. It was a reasonable price, too.

It is hard to rate this because it obviously seems great up front when you are purchasing your computer. However, I won't know how good it is until I need to use the Apple Care. But I guess I would rather have Apple Care and not need it than not have it and need it!

It is certainly a cost to consider, but well worth it. Always want this with an Apple Product. If you have any concern they will go to great lengths to help you

I always get AppleCare for my computers, it's saved my butt more than once. I never buy it for things like IPads, IPhones or anything else they sell it for.

Very happy I purchased this Applecare. Coming from PC to Apple I had many questions. Apple helps you as many times as you like for free if you buy Applecare.

I've always purchased Apple Care plans on all my Apple products. When something does go wrong, Apple always resolves it ASAP under these care plans.

They still have the best customer care / service in the tech industry. They'll walk you thru the problem and 99.9% of the time resolve the issue.

There is a reason they push applecare so hard, because it only helps you. You can run your mac over with your truck and they will replace it.

Having children in the house this service keeps me worry free. Although I'm very careful with my electronics it great to know I have protection

As a rule, I don't buy extended warranties or protection plans. However, I think this one is worth it for the extra years of free tech support.

I'd be lost without this service. I am not technologically savvy. Definitely worth the cost. I can call anytime day or night for assistance.

apple is new for me, so far i didn't need to use the plan yet. so far everything went great and we had good people helping us. so i am very happy. i feel we are in good hands. thanks

I always purchase the apple care when I buy their products. Don't know why, I've never had to use it. Better safe than sorry I guess.

It's nice to be safe in case something happens to your computer! The manager of the store was very helpful to me with my purchases

This plan has yet to be used but I know it is there if needed. The Laptop is working great so not looking Forward to needing this.
