This is the third time that I have purchased an Apple Care plan! You hope never to have to use it...but it's great peace of mind for anything that should happen after your initial warranty is up!

AppleCare is a must for any Apple owner. I buy it on all my Apple products. Their customer service is as good as Best Buy's. I always recommend it. It's saved my butt a few times.

If you're going to invest in the purchase of any large technology item such as an Apple - MacBook Pro, you must protect your investment with full Apple care coverage for peace of mind

This extends the fantastic customer service that apple provides. It is the customer service that really separates apple from the rest of the pc world.

I have not had to use the the protection plan so I really can't give a good review one way or another. I would not purchase a computer without it though. Always good to have a plan.

What can I say? It is an extended insurance warranty for a MacBook Pro computer and something I hope to never use. It is inexpensive protection for your computer or Apple product..

After the salesman at BestBuy explained the Apple Protection Plan to me, I knew this would give me the peace of mind I needed, just in case I ever had a problem with my new mac.

This is my first Mac Pro Lap Top, and although I don't for see any problems, it's great to know that the Geek Squad has my back, just knowing I can ask them questions or bring my Mac to them is peace of mind for me, great investment

I could have saved me 300+ $ by not getting this extra warranty. Nothing had gone wrong with the Mac and I don't expect it either. But it does give you peace of mind.

I have Apple Care for all of my Apple products and although I've not needed it on all of them, the one time it was needed more than justified the cost of this insurance.

This is the kind of thing you buy with the hopes of never needing it. But I am very thankful that Apple offers this type of service plan just in case we have issues.

In purchasing such an expensive laptop It would be foolish not to have the extended apple care plan. I highly recommend this option to protect your Purchase.

New to Apple family and very happy that I went for this extra protection, not knowing what could happen it makes it a good investment when product is expensive.

I bought the Apple extended warranty for 3 years for my new Mac. I have not used it and I hope I will never do. So far so good. Hope for the best. Good Luck.

MacBook Pro is a well built machine, better than most other laptops. But this one will be used for business on the road, so extended warranty makes sense.

I had the space bar go out on my MacBook after three weeks. I sent it in for repair and the "write off" for the services performed to install a new keyboard in the MacBook was close to $700.00. When it was in for repair they also replaced the logic board as it was not operating as well as it should at that was another $1,300.00 in repairs.

I bought for my previous MAC purchase and had to use warranty. The best purchase you could ever make for a computer. No hassle if you have a problem.

this is always helpful if you get stuck with anything installing, using, etc. Any issues with the product and this will get you through it with ease.

It totally gives you piece of mind on your purchase. It's a small price to pay should anything go wrong. You should never be without AppleCare.

If you're close to an Apple Store, you probably don't need this. However, if you currently live in the sticks, this is pretty handy to have. :)
