There was no way I was buying a $2500 computer with getting insurance on it. very happy I did, because I've heard great things about apple care.

Knowing me and with all my siblings something is bound to happen so I would definitely recommend it if you think some incident may happen and when it does you can send it and they'll fix or give you a new one if they can't fix it.

Unlimited support and Hardware replacement if need should arise. Gives you three years of worry free support. Well worth the cost when you think of cost of support calls over time.

I think it is worth paying about $200 for three years of Apple Support. IT for that numbers of years from other companies cost more.

Apple care is basically an insurance policy for the Laptop, hope i never have to use it, but nice to know its there if we need it.

I haven't had to use the Apple Care for my new Laptop but It gives me peace of mind that if I ever need it, it will be there.

Would never buy something this big without the warranty. I have had to use the warranty before and it saved me tons of money.

I haven't used any of the support but I wanted to have the protection since I made such an investment in my new MacBook Pro.

After paying a lot of money for a MacBook it's worth it for the insurance on the computer. Hope we never have to use it!

Think it is a good additional purchase for the MacBook. Spent enough on the Mac Book want to be sure there are no issues.

I am glad that I was able to get a protection plan for 3 years because I know myself, and how careless I can be.

I love the AppleCare I bought for my Mac anytime I have a problem I called them up and they help me right away

I called Apple Care twice during set up for handholding. I have used it a couple of times for virus help with another Mac. The help is knowledgeable, access is usually immediate or with just a couple of minute wait. Apple Care has always solved my problems. In one case the problem solution was complicated and Apple Care scheduled an appointment for me with the Genius Bar who solved the problem in about a minute. Take Apple Care with you when you leave the store.

BestBuy Mac Rep was very informative of the product warrenty and shared personal expereince and other feed back on the excellent service on repairs if needed.

Had our laptop for 3 weeks and got a broken screen, warranty took care of it, no questions asked!!!

Apple care can be a bit pricey, but it well worth the money if something were to ever happen to your device.
