I put an alert in my calendar to go off a few months before it runs out and take my computer in for a check-up. They have repaired things i didn't ever know where breaking for free. Ive also used to get a new screen and power supply for free as well. I would highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Better Safe Than Sorry!

And since it's a newer model than I had before with updated APPS, i thought I should purchase this in case I needed extra help with them.

Without being able to replace pieces, repairs could get expensive. Usually Apple builds a great machine, and have never had to use this in the past, but better safe than sorry.
