Great plan so far. My apple watch quit working after only 3 weeks and it was super easy and fast to get hold of the care plan department. They helped me reset the watch and told me to let them know if anything else happened as soon as it did so they could keep up on any problems since it is such a new product. They also gave me a direct telephone number and personal email address to use for the person that helped me so I could get through faster. If they back the plan as well as they handled and fixed my problem this time it will have been a great purchase for the price and I highly recommend it.

This is worth the money. Apple products are top of the line!

I have great peace of mind knowing that I have the Apple care plan for my Apple Watch. It is truly a quality care/warranty plan.

Purchased the protection plan for peace of mind. Have not had to use it but it seems it will cover most issues that may arise

I have not had to use my warranty as of now but from the reviews it comes in handy if something goes wrong with your product.

Terrible service. The Apple Watch's battery is failing. When I attempted to gain service thru Apple they are trying to claim I don't have or they can not see my AppleCare+ plan. This is exactly why I hesitated when I tried AppleCare+. Have not had it on any of my other Apple products dating back to the first iPhone release. I don't know that I'll ever pay for AppleCare+ again and definitely can't recommend it to anyone at this point.

I’ve been paying for AppleCare for years now.. I’ve used it on all of my iPhones, my iPad, both of my Apple watches I’ve owned.. never, NEVER, have I had to file a claim for my devices until today. My Apple Watch broke last night so I chatted online with customer service and they informed me that my AppleCare actually expired may 2021 (2 months ago), unbeknownst to me. So I call Best Buy support. Wait over an hour to speak to someone…. Jose informs me that since I’m a longtime loyal customer, I should still be able to use my AppleCare. So he transfers me straight to AppleCare. I’m on hold for approx. 5 minutes then am hung up on. So I go through the Best Buy support line, again, wait over half an hour to speak to someone new then explain my situation again, adding in that I already spoke to someone and got disconnected. She transfers me to AppleCare. Then that person answers, I explain everything, AGAIN, then he proceeds to transfer me to someone else. This happens a couple more times, I believe, before I’m finally speaking to a woman with AppleCare. She’s looking through my information, says she’s trying to investigate what’s going on or something to that effect, then after 20 minutes on the phone with her, SHE HANGS UP. So I give up. Now I’ve got a broke Apple Watch and the customer service has been HORRIBLE. No one knows what the hell is going on or who needs to speaks with whom around that place. I’m so disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I will not be purchasing AppleCare EVER again.

How do you really rate a service you have not used or needed to use? This question should come for review once the user has had to use it! So far my Apple products have worked flawlessly, but, know that I care for my purchases and do not throw them around, etc....

You'll be sorry if you don't get insurance because you never know when you're going to need it!
