Haven’t used it so can’t say exactly how it works.

Apple Care is good if you have Apple products because there are just some proprietary things you will need Apple's help with that you cannot get from Best Buy or other 3rd party sellers. You amy get lucky and get the one person in Best Buy who may know how to solve your particular problem but at least with Apple Care you are sure to get someone who can help you the 1st or 2nd time.

Great care for your gadget. Its my go to and add on.

I recommend Apple care since it takes care of lots of things

Bought the protection plan for my Apple Watch, luckily I haven't had to use it yet.. but it's very nice to know I can easily get it fixed or replaced by just going to the Apple Store and paying a deductible.

This apple + covers additional year, just keep in mind that it also comes with addiotional cost for repairs

The sales rep was unbelievable with explaining all of the products and telling me to get the care plan to make sure I was protected with my Apple Watch for additional time. He was very impressive.

The only reason I am giving this a low mark is because there is no way to pay it off early. So best to pay it off upfront. The service great. I think Apple itself is better than dealing with Best Buy for Apple Care. Just pay it all upfront.

Signed up for AppleCare monthly at purchase thinking I could cancel early after the watch aged. Not possible. Was bounced back and forth from store to customer service before I finally got a straight answer.

The best way to protect your apple devices is to purchase apple care hands down. It's well worth the piece of mind knowing your device is covered from accidental damage.

The AppleCare plan is a great save. A freak accident broke the crystal on my Apple Watch. The watch was replaced for free w/in 5 days.

Nothing to write home about. But it is nice to have.

Have not had to use for the watch but used for iPhone when mom washed my phone, when a cow kicked me and broke my screen plus other freak accidents!

Extra protection is always nice but it's not free to get a new watch if it breaks costs around 75 per replacement

They are always so nice and caring. Talking to them is more talking to friend than talking to "tech support."

I’ve contacted Best Buy many times before regarding this watch considering it’s a gift, so hopefully all these charges will be reversed.

I have had to use applecare in the past and it has always been a positive experience. Good job Apple...
