Apple is a fantastic company and they have great products

Best Buy sold me an "open box" product which proved to be unusable because Best Buy did not wipe the device after the original person had it. Best Buy sent a return label and a second "open box" product that had the same issue. After hours of time spent on phone, in-store (which should have never been recommended by Best Buy customer service), email correspondence and other inconvenience, I still do not have the product I set out to get.

I haven't used the Apple care yet but I don't anticipate any problems

,,,,,,,,,But,,,,,,When you spend this kinda money on a watch , It might be a good insurance policy to have it covered with apple care . I purchased the 2 year coverage just in case . Lets just hope I dont have to use it . Recommend it ???,,,,,,,,,,Yeah,,,,,,,Yeah I would.

Apple care has great response time and coverage for apple products.

I really Love the watch don’t like the short battery life

I loved my apple watch and would like to protect my investment, nothing better than obtain the best coverage from the original manufacture.

I was a bit hesitant at first about this purchase. First because I have a small wrist, but wanted the bigger screen. The great thing about this watch is they make smaller bands. So if you are a female wanting the bigger size screen, no worries it will fit. There are a lot of bands as well that will fit too! Haven't learned everything about my watch, but so far I'm loving it.

What ever you do don't order this item online. I did and it has been the worst support ever. Called to explain that they sent me a watch that was still sync'd with someone else and I was told by the phone rep to go into store for a replacement. I get to the store and they can't do anything and tells me I have to call in for an exchange. I call back and am given the run around. Spoke to about 4 people with no solution; was put on hold to talk to a manager and ended up being disconnected without a call back. I ended up requesting a return label online. So disappointed, I opened a best buy account and everything to make this purchase only to return the item.

I was skeptical about purchasing an Apple Watch but have been pleased with the device so far. Best features are being able to check notifications without having to pull out phone.

This has no reflection on Best Buy it concerns apple care. I have an apple phone xs. It’s damaged inoperable and 26 dollars is not a bad price to pay except I have to do without a phone for well over a week if I’m lucky. You see I have to take my phone to Best Buy so they can ship it to apple then apple fixes it 5 to 7 days then they ship it back to Best Buy and schedule I pick up. Think about that and imagine not having a phone for well over two weeks. 1-2 days before Best Buy gets it shipped 3-4 days before it’s at apple where they say 5 -7 days repair the 1-2 days to ship it back 3-4 days before Best Buy’s gets it then 1-2 days for Best Buy to get it call me and schedule a pickup. The other option is $99 dollars and another $900 on hold in my bank account gets me I new phone in a box and they release the $900 back to me when they get the damaged phone back. Let’s see 3-4 days to get the box and phone then 3-4 days tell they get the old one 1-3 days to take the $900 dollar hold off bank account. I don’t know about you but I don’t have $900 that can go missing for 7 to 11 days. There are other companies like Assurant that will just send you a phone 2 days with a box and a label for about $50 bucks. You know I’d pay $100 easy if I could have my problem gone in 3 days. I run a bizniz cleaning houses and people call me you know. Ps went to rate and it just said fair I say poor

I usually don't do a warranty but felt like I couldn't take a chance.

Great watxh by apple. Love it , would definitely buy another
