However, significant concerns exist regarding the battery life, which is frequently reported as short. Other drawbacks mentioned include flight stability issues in windy conditions and a smaller-than-expected size. Some users also experienced difficulties with the drone's control responsiveness.

This is an awesome drone for the price, I bought it for my son and he is eleven. He is now using it like a pro, for the price this is an awesome introduction into the drone game. If he crashes it it is easily repaired and even comes with some extra blades. But so far it has hit a tree, been in the deep woods, smashed into walls and even been stepped on and it works like new. The biggest gripe would be the flight time, after an hours charge time you only get 7 minutes of flight. But I guess this is pretty average. Overall I would recomend for beginners or people who are interested and dont want to risk breaking a serious drone.

I bought this for my daughter (10) and she loves it. I put my older iphone 7 in the phone clip and she's got her "eyes in the sky" now. The kit does come with two spare blades so you aren't stuck waiting for replacements if you break them early. The battery is very small so you only get about 7 minutes of flight time. I would advise purchasing at least one extra battery so you can swap them out and have a little more fun.
The biggest issue I have with this one is that the trimming takes some getting used to. Trimming is when you configure the drone to stay still when it starts up. I've had to trim it several times, but I think that's because the blades got bent from smacking into walls and such when she was first learning to fly it.

My Husband and I decided to get this for our 11 year old son for Christmas. This as a gift for him has been great, My husband and son play and use it. We have used it mostly in the house because it does tend to more difficult when it’s windy out to fly it without losing it. However as an entry level drone for a kid I think this is a great pick, make sure you buy extra batteries thought they don’t last long.

Nice little unit for indoor flying. I tried it outside and it just got swept away by a very light wind. Bumpers on sides work great to protect walls inside. Battery life is very short. Basically fun

I love this little thing!!It is absolutely not very difficult to fly.Can be flown with much confidence inside of the house it’s faster than it seems I love the speed selection and a child could use it. Just don’t try flying it outside in winds faster than 2 miles 3 mphBut you can fly it outside in the right conditions. I love it would definitely recommend it to any novice flyer.
I wish I would have taken my own advice and not Flown it outside and got it stuck on a roof, If it wasn’t for that I believe it would have definitely still been flyable for years because of its durability…

It is a decent little drone. Set up was easy my android phone and the control's are fairly easy to use. It has a small battery, so don't expect a lot of fly time. It is really an ideal candidate for in home use.

Christmas present for our teenage son. He is interested in drones, but has zero experience with them. This is an inexpensive alternative to use as a learning tool. Keeps us from forking out 2 grand for a high end drone without knowing if he'll really like drones or not. Took him about 10 minutes to get the hang of it and he really enjoys the camera feature. The camera isn't that great and the overall performance of the unit isn't great either, but we're talking about a small beginners drone. Don't expect top dollar results from a bargain basement price. Just use it as an entry tool and you'll get your money's worth.

I bought for grandson
He really loves it. app has camera function it’s a nice feature
Just wished that you could fly it more than seven minutes and it needs to be charged and it takes one hour for this.
the battery plug seams flimsy and probably won’t last.
For under a hundred dollars It might last a month if lucky .

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son. The drone is small but has great control. Can link directly to your phone which is awesome. The only downside is that the battery only last 5 minutes.

I got this for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Quadcopters are generally the easiest helicopter to fly and he got the hang of it real quick. One downside is the battery dies in 5 min and takes nearly an hour to charge. But for the price, it is a fairly well built product with the option to buy more parts for it.

this item is great for a young child to get started in the world of sUAS. It's easy to handle and pretty safe because of it's small size. I'd like to see the manufacturer figure out how to up the flight time though . . .currently only 7 minutes per charge. Otherwise, great product.

It only lasts for about 5 minutes before you have to recharge it again. It says it in the instructions but with Best Buy’s return policy of having to pay a restocking fees if it’s open that doesn’t leave you with much room to just take it back without having a loss any way. Kiddo still likes it but gets annoyed that he can’t play with it for long. For 80 bucks the battery should last at least 15 minutes right? Yeesh

It’s a great drone for some one that wants a starter drone. It’s very stable indoors, and easy to fly and is forgiving if you’re a little heavy handed on the controls. My 7 year old grandson had no trouble with it either.

This is my first drone. I definitely had trouble getting the drone zeroed in. At first it would advance forward without touching the controller. I would also bear to the right. I still need to work on both settings but it is a learning experience. Again, this a good drone for a beginner. I hope to have more fun with it as time goes forward
