when battery power gets low the drone wont just hover or land. It actually takes off in whatever direction it chooses. Hence this drone got lost on my sons first time to try to fly it. never to be seen again.

Fun to play outside as long as it isn’t windy. Probably better to get a bigger drone.

The box was gigantic, leading to the misconception that the drone was bigger.

Communication with drone was so bad we loosed the drone on the first flight never stop climbing... waist of money so desapointed.. Kid very sad Christmas present went to heaven in the first flight

These were gifts for one son in law and the other guy will be this year. They were so excited and loved the camera action. It was very clear shocked me!

Bought this as a Christmas present. I have 3 decades of R/C experience. DOES NOT work as advertised! The electronics have a mind of its own and will take off on you. The build quality is average. The camera quality is average and using the app to"stream" real time video doesn't work. The goggles cannot be used for real time racing. "The are only intended to be used as a viewer", protocol representative. When I contacted Protocol about replacement parts they didn't respond to my email for over two weeks and no one answers when you call. They informed me they don't sell the parts we need (the body of the drone because of broken arms from the electronics glitch). No other solutions offered. Highly disgusted. Best Buy should pull all of these from their shelves.

This is great for beginners because it has a button to return home if you lose sight of it which is a awesome feature since they have away of doing that.

To start with we were very happy with the drone. It has an ok battery life but because it come with 2 battery’s so that’s a big plus. We played with it a lot after Christmas and had a lot of fun. About a week after Christmas we lifted off as normal and it dipped down because of wind lightly bumped the ground and took off! It wouldn’t respond to the controller. It was going almost straight up and the wind was pushing behind our house. I tried the land control from the manufacturer but nothing. The controller was blinking like it lost contact with the unit as it continued to go higher. I even turned the controller off because that should cause it to land and nothing. After about 2 minuets it disappeared behind our house and into the woods never to be found....

It is ok for a moderately priced drone. But not great.

It is to complicated for its size & too hard to control.

This was purchased as a gift for someone form Christmas. I can not yet give a review.

This was a great drone at a reasonable price during Cyber Monday but my daughter got one from her mom so we had to return this one.

When we opened package, one of the lenses in VR was not in place and was not possible to put back in. We returned to Best Buy but they were out of stock on this particular item so needed to select a different drone. The return process took longer than it should have considering product was defective.

It's not the best but not that bad once you get the hang of it.

Didn't even take it out of the packaging. Returned it right away.

I would definitely recommend this product for future buyers.

Not happy with this at all. Very unreliable - drone is very difficult to get to maintain connection with the remote. constantly loses connection in flight and flies off until it hits something or crashes. Nearly lost several times already. Waste of money.

Since this was a present, I'm not able to personally review. Item was well received by recipient.
