Got this for my son, but he already had one. However, his daughters (13 and 10) just love it!

My nephew saved his 100 dollars to purchase we took it outside flew it up in air and it just kept going . We had no control the drone did what it wanted and disappeared and never came back.innotified protocol in regards to this also

bought it for $129 and the drone flew away the first day. don't know if it lost touch with the controller or what but it just kept flying up and away and we lost it. waste of money.

I regret to order this dron . Useless poor quality and the published picture is inaccurate.

When I first bought this drone I had issues with it. The tab that holds the phone in the VR headset broke. So without it a small phone will just wobble loosely in the set. Also the drone constantly drifted no matter what I did to correct it through trim or reset. With that I returned it and got another one. When I opened it I realized that the packaging was slightly different which was a sign that the first one might have been an old model possibly. I then proceeded to get it all ready and charged. I went outside and started it up and immediately notice the difference. The drone still had a slight drift but no where as bad as the other drone and I was able to correct it and it hovered nicely. I was able to fly it back and forth in front of me with no problems, unlike the first one where it constantly wanted to go a different direction and made it harder to control. Oh the VR headset is very cheap plastic. The new one was already damaged when I pulled it out. The top head strap mounts were broken. Have not tried the VR just yet until I'm confident enough with flying it normal. Will update the review when I get to that point. For the price I say it is worth it especially as a beginner if your wanting to get into the racing aspect of drones. It is very durable since I have crashed it into trees and other objects.(4 stars only because the VR headset is cheap and broke on first and came broken on second.)

Much easier to control than expected. Battery and range is good. The VR is great fun and nice addition and actually makes it easier to fly. Recommended!

Fun quad copter. Easy to use. Very durable. A little big and fast for indoors at my skill level. Video update was too slow to fly using VR. Was flying quad outside when it started climbing. Would not respond to controls and flew away. I think there is a problem with its control or software. For this reason, I would highly recommend against buying this quad.
