A classic! I remember watching this back in the day.

A totally worthless remake to come out of Hollywood, it's a shot for shot kind, not sure what Gus Van Sant was thinking. There is a great commentary track with the editor of this film that gives a little insight to the film thats a great listen, worth the blu ray just for that.

I'm a completest so I just had to get this but make no mistake it's one if not the worst remakes ever. It's interesting what Gus Van Want wanted to do, see what happens if you make basically a shot for shot remake of a classic 38 years later but it fails miserably.

This is a good remake of an old movie. First it would probably be very difficult to copy or attempt to improve on Alfred Hitchcock. Second Vince Vaughn, although very good, isn't Anthony Perkins. The originally Psycho was very creepy all the way through. Vince Vaughn just doesn't sell the real creepy nature of Norman Bates. I'm glad he didn't attempt to be Anthony Perkins' Norman Bates - he made the character the way he saw him. The rest of the cast was fine but not quite up to the original.

iterally everthing from shout factory is worth buying --and you need this if you ever saw the original.

Definitely worth a watch - but might want to just rent it if you can.

Psycho is excellent and a very good movie. Vince Vaughan and Anne Heche are super actors. I liked this version just as much as the first. DVD is great and came in very good shape. It has a great picture and clarity.

This movie is a shot by shot remake of the Hitchcock original. Good acting all around. It stars Vince Vaughn, who is a great Norman Bates, Julianne Moore, Viggo mortensen, William h Macy, and Anne heche.

It was fun to see someine remake a movie im not such a harsh critic who goes it wanting to hate something because its a remake. This was fun to see another take,had good special features/commentary

This is a great remake of the old classic. Vince Vaughn did an amazing job as Norman Bates. This is one of the better reboots in my opinion.

A fresh take on a horror classic, frame by frame remake in full color, entertaining and visually stimulating. only wish it had more extras.

Not much reason to remake Hitchcock's classic, unless it's to have a version in color.....and visions of cows while you die? Really?

I decided to picked this up because Best Buy had a great price on it but after watching it, i'd say just save your money & watch the original. Its nice to have in my Psycho collection but will probably never watch again .

Definitely a movie worth having and watching. Not as good as the original Psycho BUT definitely good in its own right.

This remake of the original classic is great thrill ride with a modern twist!
