Returned before first use. I had plugged it in for the first time, heard three pops and started to smell a burning smell. Quickly unplugged to not cause a fire. Returned and sad I wasn’t able to use.

Very poor packaging and customer service. Item did not come with strap to connect to face and when I reached out to the company, I received the run around multiple times. Will be looking to return.
