Do Not Buy!!! A Waste of Money!!!

After two weeks, three of the umbrellas are broken. The umbrella doesn't have air vents at the top to allow wind to flow through. The slightest wind gust will pick the umbrella up and blow it in the pool or across the yard. This causes the bars to break, or the top of the umbrella pole where it tilts will break. A waste of money!! I'm very dissatisfied!!

BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE PRODUCT

Cannot get anyone in customer service to help me. Have to talk to someone from the phillipines and they tell me I only had 15 days to return. Who knew a patio would break within 30 days. Other ones I have purchased (not from Best Buy) have lasted 2 years or more. This is the first time that I have had one totally break in the area that is supposed to be the tilting mechanism. Cheap plastic mechanism that broke. I have talked to at least 6 people, one hung up on me, and Noone will help me. So another words, I'm stuck with a defective product. Very unhappy with Best buy. Don't buy this umbrealla
