The first one of these arrived rusted, so Best Buy exchanged it for another one. The second one was less rusted, but still rusted! Will be returning the second fire pit for a full refund and we'll take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing...

It is very small can't even put a small piece of wood in it, small screen dosen't even cover wood so disappointed and don't want to take back to much of inconvenience to return. Tiles come off they are not secure, not happy to low to the ground.

This was way harder to assemble than I thought. I ended up having to return it because of that. It would be nice if the manufacturer had a video or something walking us through how to do it.
