Product arrived damaged and customer service wasn’t helpful. They just wanted me to return to store. The whole point of ordering online is so I don’t have to go in the store. People have schedules that prevents them from going to the store.

Filter has a very nice design and fits exactly into designated slot with no problem. Drinking water is clean and fresh with no after taste from filter. Ice is crisp and clean as well.

Easy to install. Simple and easy to follow instructions. Water tastes great. I stopped buying bottled water and saved a lot.

What I like best about this filter is the design (which is actually a comment about the refrigerator as well). My last refrigerator (Samsung) had a twist lock filter that was hard to reach, hard to twist, and required clearing off the top shelf just to get to it. Compared to that, this one is REALLY EASY to use. Just slide off the filter cover, give the old filter a push to unlock it and it pops out. Then slide this one in (it has a guide rail so you can't put it in wrong) and just push it in until it clicks in place. Done! The filter enclosure is also positioned so you don't need to take anything off the shelf to get to it. Five stars.

Got the right filter for my Frigidaire. Very easy to install and I can tell the water tastes more crisp- clean. The water quality in Tennessee is better than Georgia and much better than California where I also used to live. The filter makes the water taste clean.

This is the only kind i use for my refrigerator. No complaints and easy set up.
