Loudest massage ever..

The massage pad is nice. However, it is loud. When I first turned it on my dogs started barking. The massage does not stay on very long. I am thinking about returning it. There is no timer to set the amount of time you would like the massage to last. It seems as though it last about 5 minutrs and its over. It is not worth the price. Im just not sure about this product. As soon as I get comfortable, the pad goes off. I have to get up turn it on again. Again its so noisy.
