It’s not cordless. They don’t make that clear in the description. They send you a battery pack, which I thought was a mistake when I received it. It doesn’t fit snug around my neck. Maybe if it had a little more weight to stay in place. I wouldn’t recommend this, although the battery pack could be used for other things which is one benefit.

Never generated any heat in any mode. Has a terrible burnt rubber smell. Too tight around the neck to wear. Inconvenient power supply. Essentially you need a long usb-c cord to use this. Disappointing experience all around.

you have to have it plugged in to a power source continuedly to use the product

I purchased this for a family member. There only "con" is it didn't fit as snugly (as desired), without irritating the anterior neck area.

The product did not work. I tried to return the product, but the representative told me it was too late to return the product. I am very disappointed that Best Buy did not offer to submit a warranty claim. I am now boycotting Best Buy in favor of Amazon for electronic purchases.
