The Qardio Arm connected to my iPhone easily, was comfortable, seemed to have good battery life, and took a blood pressure when I requested it to do so, but that’s about all I have good to say about it. I could not get accurate, consistent blood pressures. My pressures were all over the place according to this device and apparently my right arm has about a 40 point higher systolic pressure than my left (it doesn’t). I returned the Qardio Arm for a refund and went back to my battery powered Omron with pressure tube.

Worked twice then quit. The mechanism that turns it on is defective.

Please do not waste your time with this product. It gives you improper readings. I thought my pressure was high, so I scheduled a visit to the doctor and brought my Qardio with me. It was reading 30-50 times higher than when the nurse would take it! If you buy this, it will truly raise your pressure...

The monitor is difficult to apply to the arm by yourself.

I did not got it to work. However I could get my money back. I did everything I could to use it with technical support several times... it did not work for me.

Accurate and reliable monitor. Easy to use. Small enough to bring with me everywhere.

Its a great idea for the traveler who needs to check frequently, however you will be investing in AAA batteries as it does not turn off. Mine finally refused to work, new batteries or not. I ended up buying a reliable model for half the price. Qardio is a nice idea, but gimmicky and not reliable.

I would really love if this worked as expected but it did not. I am a cancer patient and my Oncologist wanted me to monitor my blood pressure as the drugs I am using can cause a dangerous condition where my blood pressure could drop to dangerous low levels. My wife purchased this device in order for me to be able to check and log my results in to my Apple health app. Setup was very easy and I had it working in no time but my results were excessively high ever time I would check. Since I receive weekly treatments, I have vitals taken at check in so I brought this along and the nurse compared the readings. QardioArm was reading 184+/95+ each time. Doctor recorded 116/72. Not even close. In their defence QardioArm offered to replace the unit but I had my wife return it for a refund.

Seems to deliver a consistent and reasonably accurate reading. I use the corresponding app on my iPhone which is well designed, stable and syncs with Apple Health. There is an app for Apple Watch, but I find it to be an exercise in frustration trying to get it to connect to the cuff, so I gave up and deleted it. As far as that goes, the cuff itself needs to be “reset” more often than I’d like - this requires prying the cap off the battery compartment, giving it a couple of seconds to drain the charge, then replacing the cap. The device also tends to be a bit battery hungry. I find I get better results from lithium batteries (no surprise there).

I've been using this product for over 2 years. It wasn't till recently that I found out that it was testing 20 points higher than it should be against a clinics machine. This means that I've been over medicating myself for high blood pressure for the past 2 years. I contacted Qardio, because my machine is out of warranty. They offered me a 20% off coupon. I am understandably not going to buy another device from them. Having overmedicated I have been having so many different side effects from the high blood pressure medication I'm taking. I highly encourage you to go with another brand.

Look somewhere else. This is a terrible product. Readings are much higher than my other blood pressure cuffs.
