Quake is a legendary first person shooter that came out around 1996 and it's still one of the best multiplayer games today. However this version of Quake has been upgraded for modern televisions which means you get widescreen and a whole lot more and it's all in one cart! And if that don't tickle your vintage first person fancy try out Doom also on the Nintendo switch. You'll be glad you did.

This is a must-have for any true fan of Quake. Remastered looks so good. Can't wait to get Quake II too. I would recommend it. Great addition to for my collection.

I actually bought this for my teenager. He liked it's simplicity. Because this is an old game, it transfer well into the Switch. I like the tweaks to the graphics that can be changed by the user. But i really like the multiplayer and cross platform. Highly recommended

Great addition to the switch library, Working on collecting all the Quake games that limited run releases, i'm hoping Quake 2 also arrives at best buy, that is by far one of my favorite games.

Classic game remake. Brings back pc gaming memories with options to play in an original "pixelated" version. Smoother graphics and game play if so desired. All the original secrets included, that i can tell so far!

This is how remasters should be! On switch Quake runs great with no hiccups in framerate. This remaster also comes with plenty od customization options to suit your preferred play mode.

Game is just how i remember and plays flawlessly. Would highly recommend for old school and new school gamers. Nostalgia in a game.

The game runs pretty smoothly overall with the exception of a few fps drops that do not usually happen on current gen consoles, but does not kill the gameplay.

Best Buy I love you because you're not like Gamestop which sends out pre-owned games and labels them as new. you have my respect. Also, the game is what I expect and recommend to people who love doom classics, a bit different but a great experience overall.

Excellent, all-inclusive HD port of a game that helped define FPS games in the mid-90’s along with Doom, Hexen and our olde pal Mr. Duke Nukem. Extremely grateful that ID and other studios plus publishers revived this along with all the lost, or at least forgotten, chapters. Us 30, well now mostly 40-somethings, are glad to introduce the classics to our kids who are growing-up thinking Fortnite is the original multiplayer FPS. Start them with the classics my good friends! Multiplayer to boot.
