It came with a game and 3 months of plus but it's connected to her shut down account. Tech support tells us we can transfer the game if we log into the account that is locked by them, every time we chat with meta customer support they disconnect after a few minutes and we start over. There's no way to talk to a person, no way to get our game or the plus membership. The system seems good, the service is non existent. Would not recommend.

We take health and safety seriously, and would like to suggest you some things that you can do, to avoid this:
- When looking for games, check the comfort level. These can range from 'Comfortable' to 'Intense' so it's best to make sure it's be something that's manageable for your current 'level'.
- Have short play times and take frequent breaks in between.
- Make sure the room you're playing in is well ventilated (For example, a room fan as an extra measure so the room doesn't get too hot to play in).
- Make sure to stay hydrated! Drinking water is known to help with any nausea you may develop.
That being said, if these symptoms continue to last well after taking the headset off, we highly suggest reaching out to our Support Team. You can find them on the [Meta Quest Help Center](https://www.meta.com/help/support/) on our website!

I did have a little trouble with the download of the purchase with the game that was suppose to came with the headset. If I do not get this resolved soon I will return the device.

An affordable upgrade from Quest 2nd. Slim design

It is indeed lighter and slimmer but it has shorter battery life and less resolution compared to the Quest 3. It also costs less. It has less view field but still an upgrade from my old Quest 2. The controllers are more responsive, the processor is faster the OS is smoother and the whole VR experience is better. The Meta Quest 3S supports WIFI 6E which is indeed faster connection to the internet. My pros and cons: Pros: Lighter weight. Slimmer design. Faster connection and good refresh rate. Cheaper than the Quest 3. Very good processor. Supporting all loads without issues. Nice surrounding cameras and good responding controllers. Improved straps and more comfortable wearing for long time use. Cons: Mostly when compared to the 3S: Less refresh rate and narrower view field. Battery life is shorter. I get about 2H at best. Overall, it is an affordable approach to VR experience. Slim and light to be used from time to time. A good upgrade from Quest 2 but not as powerful and good as Quest 3. It could be a good choice if you are not willing to pay the full price for the 3. I'd recommend it for multiple uses. I use it sometimes to watch movies or just to have a relaxing time. Gaming is indeed a different experience. It supports several games. They are all well functioning. It would make a nice gift or just a good addition to your equipment.
