The setup is incredibly fast and easy, allowing you to get started with minimal hassle. You can pick it up, put it on, and start playing almost immediately, which is a huge plus for someone who wants to dive straight into the experience. One of my favorite features is the ability to link the headset to my Steam account, opening up a much wider range of games to explore. Whether you're into gaming or just looking to have some fun with exercise and fitness games, the options are great. I’ve found the fitness games to be surprisingly engaging and a good way to get moving while having fun. The only downside is the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as I’d like during extended play sessions, so I’d definitely recommend getting a battery extender if you plan on using it for long periods of time. That being said, it’s a fantastic device overall and definitely worth checking out.

I give it a 4 star rating because setting it up with parental controls was not intuitive and took a few messages back and forth with customer service to get it figured out. But, overall it a good toy.

Love that you can have your surroundings as a background or auto AI. The sound and visual quality is really good. I know depending on which game you’re playing the visual is looks amazing! The only thing i might not like is the download time for a game but it could just be my connection. Other than that I definitely recommend this as a gift to anyone who wants to enjoy a virtual experience!

There's not much that comes close to jumping into your favorite worlds, whether it fantasy or dystopian or even just sitting back and relaxing. That's why we love the different worlds you can set as your horizon home, glad you're enjoying this too!
We do have a little advise to help you get the most out of your internet connection. The best thing you can do to get the best speed out of your router, is to make sure you are on the best frequency connection, so make sure you are on a 5Ghz connection if you are close to your router and use a 2.4Ghz connection when you are further away from your router. If you need some more help on this then you should reach out to our support team directly.
