Hands down, the vr felt more immersive with no drifting, and the cameras built in never lose tracking even behind your back. My house burned down in June, and I lost my quest 2 and my pro touch controllers. Now that I've pre-orderd the quest 3, i had to reorder another set of pro touch controllers. If you can afford it, get them you won't be disappointed.

He absolutely loves them! Definitely has made his gaming experience on the oculus that much better. I would recommend these!

It's frustrating. I even bought an additional set of controllers to see if it was the pair I had and the new set glitched also

But so were my original controlllers in the beginning. The left controller charges at half the speed of the right. Yes they do produce drift over time after being told that they wouldnt. There is an issue with overheating when used in extreme gaming. Another screw up on Meta taking over. Taking them back and buying replacement innards for the old ones for 15.

We have the total tech membership so I took them to Best Buy where I was told they dont repair these but would replace them at no charge. Great, but they are sold out nationwide and no ETA on a restock, so I am stuck with a giftcard and my son has a useless quest 3 until these come back in stock… whenever that may be. A 4 month lifespan for $250 controllers is pretty poor. And we bought these because one of his original quest 3 controllers stopped working after about 8 months. 2 dead controllers in less than a year is pretty poor.

He is absolutely thrilled with them! He got the OG Oculus several years ago and the controllers were shot. These are spectacular! He is EXTREMELY happy --- and I felt more confident purchasing these from Best Buy, to insure an easier experience if a return had to be made. Not needed - they arrived promptly, as promised, perfect condition!
