The controllers worked in PCVR but would not track in stand alone. I tried everything from a factory reset to repairing and nothing. I used these with the quest 3.

Better at ping pong now. But the grip is a bit off

I have seen where it doesn't know where it is in relation to the headset and needs to reboot to show up where your hands are again. One day that stopped but it wasn't an update so I'm not quite sure why.

Way better than original controllers in many ways. Highly recommend turn off rumble and you are good to go.
