PROS: Have been a user of QB for over 20 years. This already will tell you how trustful it is. Every year a few little things are added. For the 2020 version more small additions however, basically the same product as QB2018. CONS: There are some bugs and customer service could be better. Often, after an error, there is a box to send the error info to Intuit. I NEVER received an email back even acknowledging the error - that is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, you can run your small business with it... no doubts about it.

Program overall easy to use. Has features specific to my needs. Would purchase again.

I’ve used QuickBooks Premier contractor edition for years. The product runs great with excellent job costing. Updates are pretty intuitive and not extreme.

I bought the wrong one I needed pro which would’ve been perfect for my small company. Premier is perfect for companies that have multiple companies that are vendors. I only use 1/4 of what this program is capable of doing. What I do use I like it so far. I would recommend taking an online class before you set up your info.

The product itself is great. We have been using this software for almost 20 years. This new version seems to have some bugs when upgrading. Probably the absolute most infuriating is that the product listing lists 3 users. However, when I downloaded the software for our 2nd user, we received a message that the license was already being used. Basically, I had to call Intuit and have a seat added for more than I paid for the software itself. When upgrading, I always price check. Had I known that it was a 1 user software, I would have purchased directly from Intuit. The Best Buy listing, however, shows it as a 3 user software. Generally, I use Best Buy because I can trust their products and they deliver quickly. I will think again about online purchasing from them.

I have used QuickBooks for years. I won't use any other accounting software. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great.

It's easy to setup. If you never used before it may take a small learning curve. But convenient for your business.

I use this for my husbands side business. It is very useful.

I didn’t want to upgrade but QuickBooks was making me due to using assisted payroll. This was quick and easy, especially since I am the only user. Only took about 10 minutes. Once upgraded, everything looks pretty much the same.

I knew I needed QuickBooks 2020. So I waited until I could purchase it through Best Buy.. because I Trust Best Buy!!

So far we really like this product. It works well for our business.
