Terrible customer service from Quickbooks

But if I were to rate Quickbooks with Payroll on customer service, it would be a negative number (especially this year when they pretty much made it impossible to contact anyone by phone for help). If there was another decent accounting program I would switch in a minute.

QUICK NOTHING AND NOT USER FRIENDLY
