The most user friendly software for small business

Easy to learn and easy to file all your tax records.

I have been using Quickbooks for years to manage an organization's checking account, budget and reports. My copy was so old, I was forced to purchase updated software. Everything transferred over with no issues.

I needed a Quickbooks program for my new business. There were a few different options to pick from; and the associate assisted me in picking the one best suited for my needs. He was helpful, kind and patient.

Computer had crashed got it fixed at Best Buy! Had to re-buy this program because person I had loaned it to had misplaced it! Installed this and it's up and running great again! And the disc is safely in my possession. :-)

Quickbooks is a great program for small business. I had an issue when installing from my previous and their customer service was great. The service rep was knowledgeable, very clear and patient.

Still haven't had enough time to work through everything. But once I've learned how to do something its easy to do. You can customize the sheets if there is something that you do not want to show.

Better then paying a monthly charge. Do you really need all the updates? I don't this gives me everything I needed and just need to learn how to use it better.

Overall, this product has been as expected in it's use. It is not for beginners to install. Took a couple hours to set up, even required 2 chat sessions with tech support from Quickbooks. Tech support was satisfactory, at best. If you don't understand how this software works, tech support probably will not help, as they talk in the same manner as the software. Overall, it does what it is designed to do.

Our company has used QuickBooks for many years. It does the trick as far keeping track of income and expenses very well.

Once I purchased QuickBooks online and it was a Chinese knockoff. Now I only buy from big box stores like best buy. They price match so it was painless.

I am used to using quickbooks. Just started a business recently so I am using it for the business.

Ordered online for store pickup. Was ready after I received email notification. My accountant requires quickbooks. I had 2014 to upgrade for my accountant.

Upgraded from a very old version. Very smooth transition

We bought a new laptop and our previous Quick Books was outdated. We purchased new and the tech support happily installed it for us.

Purchased the software over a month ago. Previously had QuickBooks online and decide to go with the desktop. After installing software had issues with logging into account. Tech-support is completely The worst out there. Have called over four times and I keep getting the runaround with my problems logging in. I have a lot of information stored with my previous QuickBooks. If I could I would get my money back and try something different. Unfortunately I have to make something work out. I wish I can get it together their hours of operation for tech-support are the same hours at work outdoors.

Very disappointed in it not having the payroll function. Although it seems to have a few great features.

Works great! Just like the older versions. This version has an updated payroll option that I don't use but others have said it works fine.

This is a product used by us, personally, and by my husband's students. He has been using QuickBooks for several years.
