What worries me is the push to the cloud. Some functionality is available only while the cloud subscription is active.

Saving everything on online servers allows things to be hacked, Otherwise, this is (as usual) a great program fro anyone with a small business.

You have to have a need to justify the annual expense starting this year but they are mostly intuitive & user friendly.

2022 QB Online vs 2022 Desktop

Do not purchase online!!!!

It is like a gift card and has to be activated at the register before using. They did not activate it first!!! It is useless. I have already spent over 2 hours trying to get it activated with no success. Now having to wait again on someone to call me back !

Hate program. It stinks!

Intuit continues to hassle and cause problems under the disguise of subscription. Intuit requires logging into to intuit for a variety of reasons that absolutely should not be allowed. Someone claiming to be intuit asks for customer file containing customer information. HATE Intuit and subscription process.

QB Pro Desktop

The program looked like its from early 2000's nothing like the current version and missing several functions. I ended having to go direct through Quickbooks and purchase their online version paying for it monthy. Wasted money. I wish I could get a refund.

The one star is because Intuit went from a 3 year renewal to a one year subscription for the same cost as 3 years used to be. I will be looking for a new accounting software before renewal next yeay
