You can only add one alike item in the inventory. We have a lot of the same item but different sizes. Inventory was the main key why we purchased it. Also if you are making a job quote or acknowledgement, it will not deduct the amount off of inventory. We have a lot of customers that pre order and we need our inventory to reflect that. Will be retuning this product.

Crappy online service

An authorized code has to be given with purchase at time of sale or you have to return it in person and buy it again to get the item to work

I used this software for years and always thought it was great. For online banking it only supports Internet Explorer most banks do not support IE but do support Chrome. However there is no way to change it.

Ugh QuickBooks

It was on off-line program. I do not like having to purchase a subscription and will likely use this year to switch to Microsoft Money instead of Quick Books
