Quick books 2022 is a waste of your money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This software is a junk can't get it to work and when you call the quick books office you will be put on hold for over 2 hours I talked to someone who didn't know anything and the girl couldn't really speak English. I will never use this program. Don't waste your time or money.

Trip to KC

My trip was to ask questions and buy new computer the person who was there to help seemed annoyed by my lack of knowledge and questions

The Truth about QB - Not Recommended

I wanted to upgrade from 2013 which has very little changes but I am moving to windows 11 so I thought it might be good. They only offer subscriptions based. Not Acceptable. First- this is not an invoicing software. You cannot take signatures to sign an invoice for billing. This is what defines an invoice vs receipt. 2nd- the interface has barely changed since 2013. 3rd - their customer service is horrible and bills if you need help even just setting up the software. I have switched to InvoiceASAP and can do desktop and app. Its fully cloud. Costs nothing and their support has been very good I do NOT reccomend this program. Its designed to make money and give you the least. If you want graphs and pictures but not efficient ways to invoice and bill customers then this is definitely the product. But, it is overpriced and you can find much better overall just with simple searches on the web

Waste if time

When I purchased it there was no mention of yeary subscription to be able to diwnload your bank, credit card statements, the subscription was for online and access to help. Now tou need the subscriotion to take payment and download your statements. It constanly runs in the background even when not in use.

Shady QuickBooks business practice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I downloaded this last year thru Best Buy on 11/9/21 for $265.62. I got an email from QuickBooks directly that this year they are taking a price increase. It will now be $549. Over a 100% increase. Anyone considering buying this product should know this shady business practice.
