    For a brand new Quicken user, this product is difficult to learn. It is not user friendly and does not have useful Shortcuts. The Help function is useless. Got an old quicken for Dummies book from the library which helped a little bit. I am an experienced Windows 10 user so this product is simply not intuitive.

    Requires online support yet we do not use the internet on this computer, therefore we cannot use this product after installation, waste.

    Was upgrading from 2015 to 2017. The 2017 version wont install and now I cant get my 2015 version to work. Quicken provides no phone based support. Will be returning this software this weekend for full refund.

    If you enjoy a program that always crashes then this is for you. 1st time I opened it crashed within 30 seconds. Has yet to last 5 minuets without going down. The skip button is ... out on scheduled transactions list and won't let you adjust margins to see skip. Zillow property value was $55,000 off and I could not link to a couple of my accounts.
