The functionality of this new version is good. However, the changes to the Bill Pay option and the associated fees are a bit annoying and were a pain to setup.

Quicken 18 works okay though it does have problems that the owners have not fixed. Earlier iterations of Quicken were much more responsive; however, I use this program because it is the best available for my purposes. Additionally, it is not cheap since it has a two year subscription only.

Displays unusual on high resolution screens, conversion of existing data file fairly seamless.

This is a perfect item for anyone that wants to track where the money goes and needs help in planning for the future whether that means planning for retirement, reducing credit card debt or paying off your mortgage early. Once you get it set up it is almost effortless as it automatically updates all of your accounts, and I mean all of them. Providing a financial snap shot of where you are and where you are heading. If I started using this when I was 21 I could be really rich now instead of having to use it in retirement. Just go get it and use it.

In general it is quite good. I do, however, dislike the practice of the system putting in placeholders which must then be removed and replaced. It adds a complication which is a little irritating until I learned how it worked.

Helps keep track of all our income and expenses. This was our first Quicken purchase so can't compare to other versions or products. Relatively user friendly.

If you take the time to learn the program and you use it on a regular basis, this product is everything you need for budgeting.

Over the years we have made the transition to an Apple household. The wife and I each have a windows work laptop but everything else is Apple. I bought this program for our iMac so that I could retire the obsolete MS Money and it’s working great. I setup all my categories to begin with and started adding accounts. It’s nice to be able to push a button and most of the accounts update now. I like it!

Works great and as expected. Connects just fine to to a dozen of my banking/credit card accounts. Only complaint is how terribly slow it is to click and redraw between accounts.

Been using Quicken since 2004, this was another easy migration from the previous year's version. Still working on the dropbox backup, so I can get everything back and forth between my desktop and laptop.

Quicken has changed their product to be a yearly subscription and limit the number of computers. I love Quicken but do not appreciate being forced to buy every year to be able to continue downloading information from my bank. And now limited to the computer I installed software as well

Have been a Quicken user from DOS days inception and experienced improvements offset by destruction of features that made the product good. New owner hasnt helped. I just hang on because I like having historical data.

I've used quicken for many years. Works well. Makes tax prep much easier.

I've been using Quicken for 19 years. I didn't want to buy this version but Quicken forced me to buy it in order to keep the ability to download stock quotes. This 2018 version is buggy. The screen rendering is way off. Numbers and words often get chopped off. In some cases, like on the Account List screen, the buttons are chopped off at the bottom of the screen and impossible to push. I've got a high end laptop with a 15" high resolution screen so there's really no excuse for numbers and buttons being chopped off. The exact same numbers and buttons were perfectly visible in Quicken 2015.

This version of quicken has progressed so far, very happy

I've been using Quicken since I got out of college. It is not a perfect product but it is probably the best one out there. Others a free but they can't do as much. Not much a fan of the subscription based software, but that is part of how companies want to make their income more consistent.
