I used to purchase the software and was able to use it a couple of years. Then I would buy another. Now, Quicken wants to rip people off every year for a new subscription.

And guess what, Best Buy doesn't do refunds on digital items. That is not written anywhere on the transaction. Doing a credit card charge back and Better Business Complaint.
