Awesome product. Easy to install and very intuitive app to setup zones and schedules. It provides a lot of flexibility on how to use the zones to optimize the use.

This wasn't as annoying to install and setup as I thought it would be. Take lots of pictures and videos (in case you miss something with the pictures) of your existing wiring before you install. The only difficult part was setting up my rain sensor (required where I live). The software is easy to use. This has saved me some money as it skipped a few runs due to rain when I was out of town. Very happy with this purchase. You'll need to play with the time settings -- I feel like it overwaters in a few zones -- easy enough to change.

Super easy, control everything from your phone. Makes it easy to know which zones you want to set and has a full set of features for whatever you want to water.

This is the best controller ever. Very easy and no silly confusing dials. I control everything through my phone and it couldn't be easier. I can turn them on and off on the fly and easily schedule all the zones. In the past, I have tried to use other controllers and found them clunky and hard to program. The Rachio is by far the best, easiest and most reliable.

Once your Rachio is connected to the internet, you have advice for each watering day. Rain forecast or it just rained? Skip the watering.....and Rachio does this for you. Windy.....again, set your desired amount of wind and if it is too windy....Rachio will skip the watering. Not only does the app show this, you will receive an email stating what happened. Like having your own personal watering assistant.....and saves gallons and gallons of water. Beneficial to nature and your wallet.

I had a regular programmable sprinkler controller and they are never easy to program! This was so easy to install, and since I've had it it never comes on with all the rain we've had. The best thing about it is how it adjusts the schedule based on current weather and rain patterns. I'm seeing all my neighbors with their sprinklers turning on at all times of the day and it's been raining here all week!!! Don't wait, this was one of my best purchases!

Just got my unit today and it only took 15 minutes to install! The app is pretty straightforward and also easy to set up. It did ask some unexpected questions about what kind of grass I have which of course I had no clue about but it also figures out your region and tells you what the default settings are. I just went with those and everything else was pretty automatic. I even synced it with my Alexa by adding the Rachio skill. Easy Peasy and works like a charm!

I bought this controller to replace my old rainbird unit that was an issue from day one but needed a quick replacement due to lightning strike. I have had nearly every controller out the over my multiple homes that I have owned. This unit was the simplest of all to setup and configure. I was surprised at how the app took in the info needed to access my WIFI network so password input was very simple. After scanning the bar code everything moved swiftly. Made one mistake by mis-wiring zone 5 & 7 but quick test slowed my issue and corrected in 2 min. Great simple product and setup is easy as long as you what the many YouTube examples.

Excellent product. Very easy to install. App is easy to setup and navigate. Web App could use a little polishing. Great overall product.

This system was incredibly easy to install. Just make sure you label your existing wires prior to removing them from your old unit. Works great and the app is very intuitive.

This attached with the Rachio Flow Meter will be a wonderful addition to my sprinkler system. I like how easy it is to be able to control and schedule every zone. It can also shut off and skip any zones if there are any signs of leakage from the Rachio Flow Meter. Rachio does not sell the flow meter anymore, so if you want it, find a local Rachio Pro on the Rachio website and ask them to get one for you. There are still some floating around in stock through third party vendors.

Took just about 20/30 minutes to swap out my old system to the Rachio. Instructions & video was very clear. Has all the smart features everyone is wanting plus more.

I purchased this to replace an older, different brand controller with which, if it rained, I had to to go outside to physically turn off the system. Adjustments were a pain. Now I can control the sprinkler system using my cell phone from anywhere. It works with the weather report and shuts down automatically if it rains or the wind is strong.The irrigation company I use said this is one of the best controllers they have seen.

I have had this Rachio controller for over a year. It has worked great without any issues. it was easy to set up and integrated with the wireless rain sensor I already had. The app is mostly good (iPhone) though sometimes the controls are not intuitively laid out. Via the app, it will predict rain conditions and skip watering if it known rain will happen which is a nice water saving feature. This has typically been accurate but occasionally we end up getting no rain. You can choose to ignore the water skip when you get alerts about it on your phone.

This was my first Smart Sprinkler. Ease of use, water savings, and landscaping fun are some of the features that made it a great purchase.

The most difficult part of installing this product was removing the old controller. Easy to follow instructions. Great app. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the Rachio after using it for 14+ months. The Rachio replaced a 20 year old manual mechanical system. The wireless connectivity allows us to control the system along with monitoring while away from the property. Installation was easy if you follow the instruction and mark the cables if replacing and older system. I also had no issues connecting the Rachio to home network. I made the purchase of the Rachio by comparing reviews of comparable products. I would recommend the system to others.

Easy to install and manage. Love the feature of monitor weather, is a lot of savings water/money. Very easy to use and configure

We have an 8 zone system with an old control programmed by the last owner of the house. The controller was a mess and we never got the schedule right. This was confounded by the fact that I know nothing about gardening. The Rachio asked a few questions about the types of plant, ground condition etc. and it gave a recommended schedule that is aware of the daily weather in my neighborhood. What a great idea!!

good upgrade from 10 year old sprinkler system. So much to control from phone app. Working great & would recommend.
