Good but not for truckers

I got multiple issues with this device. The first one I never get its battery charged more than 60%. I called McNally and asked them if it is a known problem or not. They did not respond on this particular question, just recommended to use different outlet or cable to charge the device. I've made an exchange for the same model, same issue, does not go higher than 60 percent. But still says "battery high". And when battery gets low, the voice is starting to say "battery low" continiously, very annoying. And I was unable to find any way to update firmware, looks like it can not be performed.
Next, it fell down a couple of times down on the floor of my truck cab, there were no severe impacts but small plastic chip that covers mic broke away. Still works good.
I don't like its ergonomics, I have been using it for a week now, still not got used to its buttons, pressing them randomly. Noise cancellation toggle has to be turned into off position after each talk or battery will get completely drained while not using it at all (even if the device it turned off).
I don't like its mic lever, I can not eat or drink (even with a straw it's a struggle) while mic lever dropped down because it is solid plastic and can not take custom form. Make it shorter or make it flex.
The sound is great and noise cancellation works well too, but it is more likely for the home use, and this headset is completely NOT heavy duty as it should be in my opinion.
I would give it 2.5 out of 5 stars just for good sound.
Does not worth its original price, going to return it back.

Do not buy!
Others have commented and I can confirm there is a problem with either battery life or it working at all. In addition, the power button stopped working (could be the battery). Either way, horrible construction. Too bad, the sound was great when it worked but hard to pay that much for a product with a working live less than 6 months.

After about eight months of use the battery stop charging. I wouldn't recommend to a truck driver
