I couldn't leave my phone in the case. Sometimes it would charge and sometimes it wouldn't, depending on the angle. It was very picky and when you have cats that are constantly bumping things, this doesn't work. It didn't charge rapidly either.

The concept behind this is awesome, however it was not designed in a way that will charge your phone if its on the stand vertically, at least not any of my Samsung devicies. That made it utterly frustrating and I returned it.

Would not recommend the cord is heavy duty but the actual base is so light and flimsy it falls off the desk with any movement of the cord.

I ordered this desktop charger to help clear the clutter on my desk and I LOVE it! The sleek design looks great on my desk and gives me the capability to charge all my devices at once including my wireless phone. I love that it comes with a desktop sticker to keep the charger in place. Smart design!

Really happy with this little charge hub! The compact size makes it easy to transport between work and home and the long cord makes it easily accessible without cluttering up my desk space. I use the wireless charging feature the most – just remember to place your device horizontal for the charge to work properly. It’s nice to have both the USB and the outlet in one location, no need to have an adapter. Overall, great product!

This is much more useful than the old surge protectors I've been using for years. While it's a bit bigger than I expected to have sitting on my desk, it’s nice to have the surge protection combined with the usb and wireless charging option, which charge super quick! The only thing I might change is the cord placement or change it to a more flexible cord to help the unit stay flat on the desk without opting for permanently placing in one place with the double back tape they give you. Otherwise works well!

Wireless charging feature WORKS for my Samsung S8 in horizontal position. It even charges WITH CASE ON my phone. But... does not support fast charge, and phone gets pretty hot. The 3 USB ports work fine and 2 plugs are great. This is a well made product. Heavy duty cord is good length. ALL IN ALL... A GOOD PRODUCT THAT DOES THE JOB, it is great if you are not in a hurry to charge.

I've got a pretty crowded desk, yes, some would say untidy. ;) The RapidX - MyDesktop Charger has helped clean up some of that mess, at least the wires for my phone, tablet and sonos. Plus, now I don't even need wire for my phone, the wireless charging works great!

The my desktop Charging Surge Protector is great for desks, kitchens and on the go usage. It is very small and compact allowing you to take it with you, or it can also be used as a stationary charging hub. This product is the first that I have had that provided fast charging even when multiple devices were plugged in. I also love how their are 3 USB outlets on the top and 2 wall outlets on either side as well as having wireless charging on the front. I would defiantly recommend this product to a friend as it provides fast charging, and the extra outlets when you are on the go needing to charge more than one device.

RapidX MyDesktop I have finally found a wireless charger that charges my phone with my case on. Every single one I have tried, I had to remove my case. I was shocked that I didn’t have to, this time. I like that it’s compact enough to fit anywhere - on my desk or the kitchen counter. Plus, the 3 USB outlets, and, the 2 add’l 3 prong outlets allow me to plug in my laptop, and any other device I need to charge. Of all the wireless chargers I own, (I own 7), this is the only one I will use from now on.

I bought this (in white) as a one day sale. Even at the sale price it wasn't worth it and I am returning it. The cord that plugs into the wall is HUGE (notice how they don't show that in the pictures). Also the phone can only wirelessly charge on it's side (they don't mention that)...furthermore the lip is too big (to probably accomadate a case...but because of that the back of the phone is too far away from the charger so it doesn't charge half the time..and if it charges the back of the phone gets really really hot. But a simple wireless charger instead.
