These glasses were everything that I imagined. Well designed, frames fit perfectly and they are put together very well. Not flimsy or easily broken as I have accidentally dropped them. My pictures are perfect and I can even listen to my music. I can ask Meta what I’m looking at, a picture will snap and Meta will tell me exactly what I’m looking at! The glasses comes with a cool charging case as well! These glasses are dope!

I’ve used the "Look and Tell" feature to translate menus instantly and even to ask for recipe ideas while looking at ingredients in my fridge. It’s like having a helpful assistant sitting on your shoulder. Style & Comfort: Most "smart" tech looks bulky or "nerdy," but these just look like classic Ray-Bans. They are lightweight enough to wear all day, and I opted for the Transitions lenses so I can wear them as regular glasses when I’m indoors. Final Verdict: If you’re on the fence, just get them. They are the perfect blend of style and utility. This has quickly have become my most used piece of tech. I wear them all day and I love the transition lenses as well. The price is very comparable to non-smart glasses and look great as well. Here is a list of what I love about them. The camera: Taking pictures and videos on here are amazing. The picture and video quality are almost indistinguishable from my iphone 15 Pro Max. I love how I can take photos and videos of my family without leaving the moment of what we're doing. It's a great option for those kids who are camera shy as well. It's like having a GoPro style camera capturing your POV everywhere you go. I was at the carnival with my son and no one knew I was recording while on the rides. I love how the clips save to your phone unlike a GoPro or a standalone camera. So all your phone pictures and video blend seamless with Meta photos and video for a fun montage Youtube video. I use to carry my phone, GoPro, and Vlogging camera to a vacation. Now with the glasses, I wear my sunglasses and use my phone. The camera only shoots in vertical video, which is a downside, but great for youtube and social media. If I was going to make a professional video with my mirrorless camera and lenses, you can still incorporate the vertical video into your landscape video in unique ways. I also love using these as a sport camera while I ride my bike, Onewheel, or playing where a GoPro would be handy. Microphone and Headphones: Besides the cameras, this is what I use my glasses the most. I love having headphones with me that aren't plugging my ears. The microphone sounds perfect on the phone and video clips. The headphones sound amazing and very clear. You do need to have the understanding they won't be as good as in ear headphones. The base is not as deep, but still there. These don't replace my other headphones, but for audiobooks and music on the go, they are incredible. I used to have an airpod in my ear all day and now it feels amazing not having anything in my ears. Meta AI: The AI is still in it's infancy, but very effective and I enjoy using it. Of course it works great for using it for sending messages, phone calls, reading texts, ect. But I enjoy using it for information. I ask for the top news every day, I play trivia, I love how it can identify objects and plants using the cameras. I use it for driving down the road and see a new restaurant, I can ask it for the reviews and what they sell. I walked around a college campus and using the camera, it identified the building and told me the history. It's a lot of fun using it as a travel guide. What's great with the AI, it will only improve with more updates. These glasses are for those that love filming and taking photos. You don't need to be an influencer to enjoy these. These are the perfect family glasses to capture amazing moments that can be posted or stay on your camera roll. It's great for those that can't have earbuds in their ears at work. I wear these every day and I never leave the house without them.

Honestly the glasses are a little heavy, weighing down on your ears. Wish there was a way to exchange my lenses to the transitioning lenses instead. Other than that Ai works great i ask john cena questions all day. The picture and video quality is second to none. By far the coolest technology ive experienced other than Iphones.

I love my Metas! Every time I got somewhere where I’d usually use my iPhone for pictures or videos, I now use my Metas instead. They’re such a great investment if you love to take pictures of every little thing. At first I wanted matte black but glossy black has grown on me!

I took these to Warped Tour 2025 in Long Beach and they performed great. The transition lenses kept the sun out of my eyes without getting too dark. Image and video quality was surprisingly very good, and being able to record candid moments with just a button press meant I didn’t miss anything by pulling out my phone. Battery life is average, which is understandable for someone so small, but putting them back in the case for about 15 minutes brought them close to a full charge. They look natural too, no one has asked if they’re “smart” glasses yet. Overall, stylish, discreet, and a lot of fun to use. I also included a photo of the photo quality, video quality is about the same, and the audio is surprisingly good too.

Pros: Listen to Audio with ease without being obvious. The phone calls are pretty good too. The camera quality isn’t too shabby for a pair of glasses. The app is pretty simple to understand. The transitions do exact how I’d expect. The style is what my usual is as well. Cons: The really only complaint i do have is that they slide off my face easy. Ive tried making sure my face is dry and clean and still doesn’t stay up long if the slightest bit of mositure surrounds my nose. I’m constantly having to push them up every few minutes. I thought about those pieces you can put on nose spot but heard it can muffle microphone and it will fall off anyway. And the ones you get to hold behind ear most don’t fit properly. Overall I’m giving this a 4/5 as I do like the overall idea and what it can do, if the glasses would just stay better I’d give it the full 5 stars.

The new Ray-Bay Meta glasses are not too heavy and have the benefit of the classic Wayfarer aesthetic. The camera quality is surprisingly good, even in darker settings. Even when not used for the camera, the audio is solid and quite passable. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a replacement for a good pair of earbuds, but the convenience factor is unparalleled. It functions as a quick camera, Bluetooth headset, and sunglasses. It's hard to beat, frankly. The Ray-Ban Meta glasses require the Meta View app on the Play Store/App Store to get their full functionality. It allows you to transfer the photos/videos you've taken from the glasses as well as change settings and setup options such as voice assistants. It also has integration with specific apps like Spotify, when set up it allows you to hold the media button (the side of the glasses) and it will recommend a song and begin playing (essentially an immediate smart shuffle, current Spotify users will know what I'm referring to). The only downside I have found is the battery life is not the greatest, roughly four hours of use. This appears to be the trade-off for the frame being much lighter than other smart glasses (of course still noticeably heavier than sunglasses by themselves). I switched to this pair from the transition version, and I am very happy. The polarized lenses also help prevent glare from light sources. I will say, the frames are on the larger end if you have a small face. These non-transition sunglasses will help mask that fact as it's more difficult to see where the lens starts and begins. However, I would definitely recommend that you try them on in-store if you are able to, just to see if they would fit your face properly.

I purchased these glasses and I love them. There was no display at the store so I bought them ‘sight unseen in the box’. None of the techs/associates knew anything about them, the warranty, different models, etc…. So I kinda went out on a limb using my personal research of them as my only guide. Along the way, I educated the 2 young men about the Meta Glasses and everything they’re capable of! They were amazed and had no idea! When I left they both wanted to buy a pair for themselves. These glasses are easy to set up, learn and use. I’m going to buy another pair. The Spanish to English live conversation translator is awesome! It also does French and Italian. I’m sure Meta will add more languages. Photo and video quality is outstanding. I definitely got my monies worth!

I purchased these glasses for my Hubby for Christmas. Let me say thst he has been using them non-stop eversince. Sleek style, easy to use, great sound quality. Hecis already trying to get his prescription lenses inserted into them.

So convenient to have especially since you’re wearing them like sunglasses and capture the moment at anytime. I wore them during 4th of July and I didn’t have to worry about taking my phone out and recording I was able to be in the moment and just say “hey meta, start recording””. Amazing!! Absolutely hands down recommend. No doubt in my mind. If you like capturing moments at anytime these are for you. The photo I’m sharing is just a shot of a video moment my husband and I were able to capture for each point of view. Super good quality. And got the trick shot lol

I love these Glasses. The lenses do get dirty quickly and sometimes they are heavy on my ears. Being able to quickly take photos and videos hands free is very convenient. Decent sound quality. Quick set up! Decent video and picture quality. Doesn’t not y well in low lighting. Battery life could be better.

These are awesome! Theyll read my messages to me, act as headphones, i can snap pictures or videos from my point of view, share messages and photos with my voice, ask AI questions, ask them to look at stuff and tell me about them. I used them to identify vehicle models, wildlife, and translate stuff. The translation feature is one of two of the features that I didnt love though. It only translates from a couple of languages and only from what you can see. The language I want to use is not supported. Only other con is the battery life is about 30-45 min of video recording (standby time is good enough - most of the day with some use). This isnt a big con though, as the included case carries extra battery charge and charges the glasses halfway in about 20 minutes. The 4 star review is specific to the transition lenses. They arent dark enough most of the time, like not at all while driving - and they cost extra! Im going to swap them out for some shaded ones. Those are gonna be 5 star.
