Rayman Legends is a platformer on the level of a Mario game. Everything is top notch and fun.

This game is amazing, Rayman Legends is a must own if you like platformers, colors and co-op. This game is excellent easy enough a small children can play detailed enough that an adult will find it challenging to collect everything and pass the changes, the 4 player co-op makes it easy for both old and young to play together without it effecting the other. This is a must have if you love platforming at its finest.

An absolute must for fans of 2D or 2.5D platforming games. One of the most imaginitive examples of the genre. Amazing art style and highly entertaining.

This is a not a new game, but the quality and polish is so good that it's worth getting on the Switch. The demo is available to download for those who want to get a sense of the multiple modes this game offers. Rayman Legends is the pinnacle achievement by Ubisoft for the series. This game will get you to replay levels to get everything.

When this version of Rayman Legends first released, it had some issues that made it less than definitive (as this version is named), however they’ve patched it (with a relatively small patch), and all those issues have been resolved. If you haven’t played Rayman Legends yet, I’d definitely recommend picking this up, because it is one of the greatest 2D platfromers ever made. The Switch version has the Wii U exclusive content (Nintendo costumes), it also features the touch controls (optionally) when playing in handheld mode, which were only in the Wii U and Vita versions, and with the multiplayer focus of the Switch, this is a great game to pick up—has four player multiplayer, and you can play with a single joy-con.

Yes, it's a game that's been out for a while on mostly every platform, but this will not disappoint. It's fun, fast-paced, filled with daily/weekly challenges and bonuses to keep you busy, includes DLC and expansions packs from other platforms... One of the best games for the Switch, no doubt. At least until Mario is released :P

Make no mistake when I rate this 4 stars, this is a great game. By all accounts, if you are a platforming fan, you can’t do much better. My only gripe with the game is that it doesn’t really do much new to warrant it’s current price on the Switch. The only thing that makes this game definitive, is that the soccer game has a tourney mode now. Still, if you have yet to play this game on any of the other platforms it’s come out on, then there isn’t much to complain about.

Waited until Mario Odyssey was shipping to get this. Wish I bought it when it first came out. $30 was a great deal, plus the 20% off from the club. Fun levels with a lot of variety. You unlock Rayman Origins levels as you progress. Lastly, the first musical level was amazing. Do yourself a favor and pick it up.

My son plays this game all night. Plus he can’t stop talking about it . I love seeing his face light up when playing this game

When you hear "definitive edition" you expect it to be the best version of the game on any platform. While the Switch version is great, it is not the definitive version in every way. Load times are longer on the Switch than on almost any other platform, probably due to compressed assets so it doesn't take as much space. There aren't really any improvements or additions either. It's still a great game and plays well, but it's hardly "definitive."

This game is one of the best 2D platformers available on the Switch. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up. - Level design is exceptional. - Background art and parallax scrolling is gorgeous. - Lots to see and do, plenty of packed-in longevity. - Joyfully exuberant mood.

Regardless of the fact that this a port of a game that is a couple years old it is definately one of the best games on the system. It hit a sweat spot with 2d platforming that feels so good. This is the first Rayman game I have played and I was shocked by how much I love it.

3 and 4 of us can play together. Easy enough for kids who are learning how to play. The music is fun too. Great game for any age!

Game is pretty good, its an updated version of the game that was supposed to be a Wii U exclusive but ended up being released on other systems also, so if you played it on one of the other systems you may want to consider that before buying it for the switch. Game is fun to play, wish it was a little cheaper since it really is a remake for a game that was released originally like 3 years ago but still fun to play
