    Battery only charged to 3 bars instead of 4 bars the first couple of times. It then went to 1 bar a couple of times. Would charge direct through with USB to USB. The battery pack finally quit after only a few uses. The micro USB fits in loose and the factory cord is extremely short. Needs a dedicated micro USB. Returned for a full refund.

    I have owned 3 portable chargers. This one is the best. It is a little heavy, but I really like it. I feel it has a good quality feeling of the product. I did a test. I can fully charge dead battery 3 times and still have some power left on the portable charger.

    Bought it expecting it to be awesome. Doesn't even stay on. I should have kept the packaging but I thought since it was from Best Buy that it would stay work flawlessly.. obv. I was wrong....
