Great! Super smooth, and awesome for gaming. Takes time to get used to.

First impression after opening this mouse mat is the wow factor of the size. Next is the quality of the product and the impressive look of the tempered glass. This really does put the typical mouse pad to shame. One might wonder if the cost is really warranted for this type of computer accessory, but with more use it will just make you wish you'd had it sooner. My mouse glides extremely well across the glass surface and responsiveness has been really good. The anti-slip, rubber base ensures no movement of the mat among many types of pc use, including gaming. Specs state that it is specially treated to make mouse swipes quieter than other glass mats. Since this is my first experience with one it's hard to say how it compares, but no complaints here for noise or surface scratches. This will get a lot of use so I look forward to the ease of cleaning the glass surface and I don't foresee the need for any other mouse pad for quite a long time as it seems very durable. Just ensure that your desk space can accommodate the size and I don't think you'll regret this purchase. It's a very functional, yet well constructed and appealing product.

My oldest son has been bugging me for a glass mousepad for his Finalmouse for months. When the opportunity came along to give Razer's new Atlas Tempered Glass Gaming Mat came along I jumped at it. When it arrived I was surprised by the size. It's big... in fact, it might be the biggest 'hard' mouse pad I have seen. Being that is glass does mean it needs to be handled with care, but it seems pretty sturdy and once on a solid flat surface it shouldn't have any real stress on the glass. The experience of a tempered glass mouse pad is unlike any mouse pad I have used before. It was actually hard for me to use as the mouse wanted to get away from me it was so slick. Now my son on the other hand thinks it is incredible. He plays a lot of first person shooters online and raved that it offered improved precision for him. He also likes the oversized pad as it allows him to make big moves without worrying about running off of it. Just be aware you are going to need some serious desk real estate for it, but if you are serious about gaming the Razer Atlas should be on your shortlist. For me it was just too slick and made casual use tricky as even double clicks in Windows wouldn't necessarily get registered unless you had a very firm grip on the mouse. It is clearly meant for gaming and excels in that area.

Not for fps gamers but a great pad for everyday use

I picked this mouse mat up because I liked the idea of a larger very even surface for me to roll my mouse across. I had been using a standard mousepad (soft rubber mat) as I have for years. It works well, but now that I have this, I realize this reduces my effort to move the mouse quite a bit, and ample room for gaming, and work. The pandemic had me working more from home, and so my setup at home got more use, now i wish i had found something like this sooner. This is a big pad, and takes up the edge of my desk, reminding me of the old glass tabletops my mom had on top of her wood end tables for years and on my old book case (had photos under it). It has a good texture and feel. It is large, almost 18 x 16. I'm happy with this item, and can't find fault with any of it. I knew what I was getting, it said what it was, and it is. I do reccomend this people who are on the computer a lot. As for gaming edge or anything like that, i'm not sure i notice any difference in responsivness, but it does roll smooth.

If you want an approximately two foot by two foot-sized square glass mouse pad, this is going to be the device for you. To be honest, there is not a whole lot to really say about this particular mouse pad except that it is definitely big for a mouse pad, it is made of what appears to be tempered glass at about a half inch thick (so it definitely has some weight to it, perhaps around five pounds or so -- I have not precisely weighed the device, so do not take that for an exact measurement). Regarding performance, if you have enough space on your desk or work area, you will definitely have the square footage for a great pad, and if you are using something like a laser-based mouse, you should have no problems with the mouse gliding over the surface. You could definitely break this pad, so I would certainly not recommend getting this pad if you are in a household that has small kids who happen to be active enough to be able to pull the pad off a desk. All in all, this is a great glass pad that is both stylish and functional.

When I first saw the box that the Razer Atlas Tempered Glass Gaming Mouse comes in my first thought was "this is going to be way to big!". As it turns out, it's the perfect size. Obviously bigger than most as it needs to be for gaming. But it fits perfectly on my desk and is not in the way at all. Looks wise it's nothing special. Just a big square piece of black tempered glass. That's fine for me because I really don't like anything flashy. There are other glass mats out there but from what I've seen most are even bigger. I can't imagine needing anything bigger even for intense gaming. The backside is covered completely with a rubber grip material. Not just small grips on the corners. This is great because this thing is not going to move no matter how intense your gaming is. It's well made and even though it is tempered glass, you should still be careful not to drop anything on it or set anything heavy on it. It will survive spirited gaming, but probably not slamming something on it. So far the surface looks like new even after a month of use. No scratches at all. As for cleaning, I just keep a microfiber cloth handy. In use, this is just pure joy. I have used it with several different mice and they all work so smooth with it. It's one of those things where you don't notice how good it is until you try using a mouse without it. It really does help with precision pinpointing. The moue just glides so effortlessly. And it's quiet. No scratching of rough sounds when gliding the mouse. This isn't something a lot of people might think they need. But it honestly makes your PC use even better. Particularly during gaming.

I've had a ton of mouse pads over the years, ranging from small foam ones, to gel, to full desk pads. The standard "gaming" desk pad is made of of a dense foam rubber and a soft fabric top layer. While this is a great surface for mice, and is very comfortable, it gets dirty with skin oil over time. Yes, they can be put in the washing machine, but they never come perfectly clean. I've also tried fake leather desk pads that are easier to clean, but they don't feel right. I never thought to try a hard glass mouse pad, but I'm glad I did! The bottom has great non-slip foam rubber feet. The overall size of the pad is larger than I was expecting, but it's been great. The top surface is always cool and smooth to the touch, without being window-glass smooth. It feels textured, but the texturing is so fine it feels like a light satin finish. Using my mouse has been flawless, both on my work mouse, and my high-dpi gaming mouse. Every mouse I have tried glides effortlessly, and I haven't had any issues with tracking. The best part is, you can literally just wipe it off real quick with a cleaning wipe, or glass cleaner. Dust, fingerprints, spills, they just wipe right off. There's no fabric or material to soak up any liquids, no waiting for it to dry. As long as it lasts and provides a smooth mouse surface, I see no reason for me to try anything else. The only thing worth noting, is because it's a glass surface, moving your mouse isn't as quiet as it is on a cloth mousepad. However, this hasn't been an issue while gaming or on work calls.

I have only ever used fabric mouse pads in my life up to this point. Glass would have been the last material I would have ever thought would make the best mouse pad I have ever owned. I guess for the price, it better be the best mousepad you can get. This mat is marketed to gamers, and for good reason. My mouse glides across this thing effortlessly, I had to slow down some of the mouse settings to get this to work at a speed I'm used to since I'm unintentionally moving the mouse faster across the mat's extremely smooth surface. Tracking is very precise as well once you adapt to the smooth surface. Even though working surface is incredibly smooth, the back is rubberized anti-slip, so the pad stays in place on your desk. I find cloth mats do move a bit under normal use, the the effective anti-slip on the back is welcome. For non-gamers, this is also a great mat, looks very premium and professional and is very comfortable to use in an office productivity scenario. Any kind of graphic design work would likely also benefit from the fast, smooth and precise tracking that this glass mat provides. I definitely switching to this from my cloth mat and have no regrets. Just make sure you have the desk real estate for it, about 16x18"

So, why spend this much on what is essentially a mouse pad? Well, because this offers a new level of resolution for your mouse / mice. This is large at nearly 16" X 18" you will need an extra large pull out tray or a suitable space on your desk. Also, moving the mouse on it does make a slight scratching noise. This is not an issue unless your gaming space is right next to where someone might be sleeping. Everything else is great. The smoothness of movement for both my work and gaming mice makes for nearly effortless control. After a long shift at work or a longer shift at my favorite game I actually notice less fatigue in my hand and wrist. The large size also reduces the need to reindex the mouse which for game play is extremally freeing. Designed with 2μm texturing, the mat is tested to work seamlessly with optical sensors (do people have mechanical track ball mice anymore!?!?) ­— performing best with a mouse featuring the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor. This makes a noticeable difference when moving and aiming allowing you to focus on the destruction you intend in the gaming environment. For both work and play this is a great accessory that I can recommend fully.

Ingenious idea. I had a glass desk once that was just a fantastic surface for the mouse I had at the time. Regular mousepads irritate me and are just too small for me so I’ve been using my current wooden desk with no pad for the past few years. The desk is not as smooth as I'd like but the open surface was something I was too used to. The minute I placed this on my desk, not only does it just look cool with it’s rounded edges, it’s the absolute perfect size for my wandering mouse hand. It is more comfortable than my old glass desk, and the black color really accentuates my current desk. It just feels fantastic. Movements are so smooth and accurate, I can’t recommend this enough to someone bothered by standard mousepads. I’m not the gamer I used to be but I can imagine this would be the ultimate surface for high paced gaming. It’s just so smooth. These are a little pricy but in my opinion, are worth every cent. It cleans easily and I see no reason to not be using this for the rest of my life. This really is the ultimate mouse pad / mat. I see no way that this could be improved.

This is a well-built, high-quality mouse pad with an incredibly smooth surface! A solid upgrade to my premium gaming setup. I’m not sure how you could get any better than this when it comes to the quality and construction - the tempered glass surface is stunningly perfect with beveled and rounded edges and adds a super-premium look to your desk. Being made of glass I was a bit worried it would be glossy but it has a matte finish to it which resists fingerprints and also seems to not show any oils from your skin. The top provides a very fast, smooth surface with little to no friction - I’m using it with a Logitech MX Master 3 and the experience is awesome. The matte texture doesn’t make it completely silent though where I can hear the friction from the surface to my mouse, however that could just be the particular material that’s used on the bottom of the MX Master 3. Another thing to note is that it’s quite large! I saw the photos and read the specs but didn’t truly realize the size of this until seeing it in person.

It works perfectly. I like buying things from BestBuy because it is fast and has good after-sales service. In short, the experience is very good. They all seem very friendly and help me solve the problem quickly. The staff are very patient with customers' problems.

The smoothness of this mousepad is unlike any other I’ve ever experienced. It is excellent for First Person Shooter games. High sensitivity, low sensitivity, any sensitivity, this mousepad is perfect for it all. I’m now even waiting for it to go on sale so I can get a backup. I can’t recommend it enough.

Its a good mouse pad and is very smooth great gliding with my pro x superlight.
