Good for its value, needs work on USB-C receiver

Sadly, their USB-C receiver only seems to work with the USB-to-USB-C adaptor. Had to buy a small one because the adaptor that came in the box was super long for no reason.

Return policy is GARBAGE. BEWARE!

First off they had me answer a short questionnaire which was fine, then another, then another, so 3 times. Then they offered me a solution that was acceptable. After I accepted their solution they pulled it back off the table and now want me to go through a process that will take weeks, and I have to go without head phones until they are satisfied. Initially, it was an advanced replacement which would have had me in head phones within a few days, now they've pulled that back off the table after offering it and are saying I have to send them in at MY OWN EXPENSE and wait for their reply. It was a mistake switching from Logitech to Razor. I should have listened to reviewers about returns. RAZOR SUCKS FOR RETURNS OF THEIR CRAP PRODUCT...
