DO NOT BUY THESE. The headphones themselves are great but the Bluetooth connector is crap and is designed to fail. stopped working in just a few months of use. BESTBUY won’t replace it and Razer claims it is outside the warrantee which is nuts because it Literally falls apart at the seams just from being removed from any port it is plugged into and they do not make replacement parts for it.

I returned this. The best buy staff misled me he said there is a noise cancelling but there is none. Too bulky

They worked for less than a month and I stopped using them for a day and it won’t connect to my pc anymore.

These headphones are very comfortable and sound very good. I would say they are on par with much more expensive wireless headphones but I did feel like they were slightly more quiet than other name brand versions. I also think the drivers could have been slightly bigger for a fuller sound delivery. The connect to your system or phone very easily. I also thought that the removable mic is a bit of a old style. The cables and feel is great but I did feel like compared to some other headphones they could afford a bit of beefier feel. I did not like how the mic connects to the headphone, it was a little hard to line up and it could be done in a way to make the mic optional.

When connected wirelessly the mic doesn't work. Cord gets tangled way too easy

Could not pair it to my son’s PC properly. Had to return it. He could hear from it but could not attach the mic and use it to talk to his friends.

Wireless doesn't work on ps5 which kinda sucks since I bought it because its wireless. The wire constantly gets stuck on my controller because it latches on to the analog sticks. Razer has good PCs but I will never buy a Razer headset again

I purchased these not even 6 months ago and they keep cutting out the mic barely works its just overall not worth the money spent… I dont know if i just got a faulty pair or what is up

I an extremely disappointed in this product. I made two separate attempts to order the Razer Barracuda X headphones in white. I received pink both times. I was purchasing for my son, so pink was unacceptable.

The wireless receiver was not functional. When I replaced this headset with another at the manufacturer, the new receiver also did not work. There seems to be a major quality control issue.

had to replace once due to not charging. replacements broke with in a month of pick up. bought these because A. worked wirelessly with a switch counsel B. it was highly rated

All settings cut up and people can hardly hear me. Terrible mic

Stopped working after a couple months. This was a Xmas gift and is no longer returnable. The headphones work but the mic does not. Very disappointing.

Great sound, easy to setup. Can be used with the Nintendo switch wirelessly or wired. Works for PC and ps4/ps5. Microphone is nice has a foam cover which I prefer because it muffles most of the fan noise. Razer outdid themselves on this one. Wore these for hours and I didn't feel any pain . I barely feel them on my head. They are adjustable and have a metal base so they are definitely made to last. All the buttons are on the left ear cup.

Dongle would not connect and is of poor design. Think about an alternative.

Microphone didn’t work, the 7.1 surround sound you download from razer doesn’t work will window 11.

Headphone Bluetooth doesn't work all the time. Microphone is terrible unless you want to disguise your voice.

The microphone stops working for no reason my 2nd pair that’s done it to me never buying razer headset again
