Great sound and software options to improve. Durability is a slight issue especially the plug on the headphones, but overall a great product for the money.

Good head set but difficult to setup.

Some issues on setup, you have to connect the supplied cabled from the head set to the controller or it doesn't work on XBOX S/X series consoles. The wireless fob does not work on XBOX systems. It took some time to figure this out but once we did it works like a charm.

PC Gaming YES! Xbox Series X NO!

But no go for console players like my self! Could not get these to work properly via my Xbox Series X at all! Hence the 3 stars... They are light weight, very comfortable and when testing the sound on my PC, the sound was great!

Connecting and disconnecting to the PlayStation 5 is a manual process of going to setting and selecting audio output, OK to do but wished auto worked. Would like to have seen a USB C charger on the headphones maybe that will be in the next version. Overall very satisfied with the sound and quality.

The sound was not great though. Too much bass, the rest of the sound was muddy. I didn't sense the direction the enemy was coming from either like I do on other headsets. But boy, were they comfortable.
