Excellent headphones! Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son and he loved them!

My son loves this for gaming. He find it very comfortable

Great sound but they need to improve on the micro it’s not that bad but it could be better for this price

I bought this thinking it would work with the Xbox s series as mentioned on the title. As it works when it’s connected to the controller the wireless option does not work with this. Please read the description fully before purchasing this product. Overall the headphone are plush and nice and sound quality is great.

This was a disappointing headset purchase overall, but first off, the good: It is extremely comfortable, and the value provided for the cost is quite reasonable. Beyond this, however, is where the problems start. First off, this headset charges with micro-USB, which is difficult to justify in the long term in 2021, especially when you're paying over $100 for a headset. Now, there are other offenders in this regard, but Razer hasn't updated this (while maintaining the same price) for a long time. Second, the microphone experience is subpar. The connection to the headset (it's detachable) is hit or miss. The microphone wasn't detected half the time it was plugged in all the way needed to be rotated in its connector. When it was connected, the mic quality wasn't great. It is also easy to lose the mic when detached, and a retractable design would have been preferred. The audio quality is ok. Games sound good but not great. Music sounds quite poor. And so taken together, I would recommend another headset. Arctis headphones are slightly more expensive but provide a much better experience.

This headset is great for sound, however you sound terrible when speaking. Everyone complains i sound really low or am in a fish bowl. I tried every fix online and should have checked other reviews besides Best Buys and i would have found out this is a known problem. The range is a lie, the headset was giving me trouble in Discord every time i would start my PC. The PC and Discord would recognize the device but it still would not work. I am definitely going to return these and have found Razer's Wireless Mics are terrible, I tried the Nari Ultimate as well. This coming from someone who has Razer everything, I would just stick to their Wired headsets.

Great sound and easy to set up yhe mic could be beter but it does not bother me

Its a wonderful headset the inky downside is its jot bluetooth enabled which would be great for the pricepoint but overall amazing quality

Overall pretty good, except the thin metal bands feel like they are pretty fragile. The sound quality and mic quality are all excellent.

I bought this for my husband and he loves how convenient it is when he has a break between games and he could just get up and go quickly. He loves the sound effects and how clearly everything could be heard.

Great headphones comfortable headphones with amazing sound quality that wont weigh your head down or feel bulky. Microphone could be a little better but its not a issue when gaming or talking on discord.

I’ve had some issues trying to adjust this to pick up my voice properly. Friends in Discord say I sound weird and they can’t hear me well if I try to adjust Voice Clarity or background noise cancellation so I keep those turned off, however, now they can hear my fiancé in the background when he’s talking loudly but it struggles sometimes to pick me up still when my mouth is inches from the mic. Battery life is great and it’s great how easy the app is but I still face issues with the mic working properly. I also have a lot of static when turning the volume knob up and down.

Overall it is a very nice headset. My issue is that is has no volume control built onto the headset itself and they are still quiet even when set to 100% on the computer. Other users appear to have a similar issue. There may be certain setting causing this issue, but I have not been able to solve it.

Best headset for the price. Fast and painless connectivity every time. Great gaming and movie audio quality. Effective app interface with EQ and lots of customization options!

The headphones were really good, i love them but they just pressed down on my ears a bit too much so after a few hours of use, my ears would start to hurt. plus adjusting the headphones can be a bit annoying too. but overall, the sound quality is pretty good! i love the volume nob on the side and being able to pause and play music using the power button can be very helpful! wish they didnt bug my ears so much though!
