Overall good headphones

The mic sucks though so he has to use his computer mic instead. For the price these cost, I would hope every aspect is amazing, but it works for him. He likes that they can be both wireless and wired depending on where he is.

Razer BlackShark V2 review

I've mainly been using them for MW2 and music, I really like them but do wish they were usb type-c. Still very well worth the 5 stars. I've only used the razer boom mic once so I can't say much for it. Worked good in a pinch though!

Really wanted to love it

I had noticeable crackling sounds, regardless of listening to music, watching YouTube, or playing in game. It was really distracting. Maybe wireless headsets just aren’t ready yet
