Friends said that I sound like I’m on a wakie talkie and the surround sound is alright. Personally I think the hyperx cloud 2 is better in mic, surround sound and hearing for $100 cheaper than this headset I got this for the esthetics and Bluetooth

I've tried tuning the equelizer and everything, including 3rd party programs, nothing works. No wonder it was discount price unopened.
