Returned due to finding a deal on a different headset

This was a pleasant surprise. I owned the Logitech G Pro X Wireless and these sound wayyy better and are more comfortable. The clamping force is just perfect and THX audio sounds beautiful. Highly recommend!

If you dont have a headset with spatial audio. Hears your sign to get one. 10/10 recommend.

Feels great when wearing them, and the wireless was incredibly easy to set up but the microphone sounds terrible and there is real bad crackling that comes out of the right speaker. Not sure if the unit I got was a lemon or if it is a problem across the headsets, but this will be getting returned ASAP

They were okay while they lasted. Seems like a lot of products that used to last a long time and worked really well are now just expensive let downs.

Great surround sound and styling for the price but after a few months of usage, the headset starts making beeping sound constantly even though the headset is fully charged. I would give it another try.

Really good headset, especially for the PS5! Provides clear surround sound and utilizes 3D audio. When playing competitively such as COD, you can easily pin point what direction people are running from.

10 OUDDA 10 still going and best headset I’ve had.

It’s good considering its price especially on a Black Friday deal.

Ordered this headset expecting it to be wireless, as implied by the name 'Razer - BlackShark V2 Pro WIRELESS' but it had to still be plugged into my Xbox Series X controller to be used. Could not get it to sync via bluetooth or anything. It also had a persistent echo for my party chat friends that no amount of adjusting sliders could fix. I've had Razer products in the past that worked just fine, but this is the biggest let down I've experienced with their products. I ended up returning this and replacing it with Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X, which can actually be wirelessly connected to my Xbox Series X, via a dongle.

1st let me say Im a huge razer fan and almost borderline fan boy who has owned a huge majority of their pc peripherals & loved everyone of them. I really wanted to love this headset after all the rave reviews but unfortunately this is not for me and may not be for you either. If your ears are on the bigger side, this headset will be terribly uncomfortable. The earcups are very shallow and after a few minutes are unbearable. Everything else about this headset is amazing and I really wish these would have worked however Im forced to go back to best buy and look for a way more comfortable option. Also razer its 2021, please stop using micro usb on everything.

I will get a popping sound with certain sounds. Not sure if defective or quality issue. Works perfect for warzone.
