    The reason it is a 2 star is the quality of microphone and headset are fantastic however it is not true wireless for Xbox game systems and when you do use the headset via the 3.5mm headphone jack with the Xbox system you have a HORRIBLE echo. Do not purchase if you solely play Xbox and are looking for a true wireless headset.

    I thought this headset was truly wireless and was compatible with XBOX since it stated as such on the description. It’s not compatible with XBOX as a wireless headset, only wired. Very disappointed

    Good headset for FPS and hearing footsteps but you can’t update the headset or mess with EQ settings through razers software if you have a Mac. Ended up returning and going with Arctic Pro Wireless for that reason.

    Blackshark v2 pro wireless headphones are nice but they aren't Bluetooth and believe Alienware gives me a better bang for my buck.
