It’s not compatible with XBOX as a wireless headset, only wired. Very disappointed

DONT BUY FOR XBOX

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The reason it is a 2 star is the quality of microphone and headset are fantastic however it is not true wireless for Xbox game systems and when you do use the headset via the 3.5mm headphone jack with the Xbox system you have a HORRIBLE echo. Do not purchase if you solely play Xbox and are looking for a true wireless headset.

Good headset but EQ software isn’t Mac friendly

Ended up returning and going with Arctic Pro Wireless for that reason.

A Negative Blackshark V2 Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like with most Razer products, these come with needing a software called Razer Synapse to get the full bang out of your buck. Luckily, the software is free and easy to use. The Blackshark V2 Pro had very customizable audio and microphone settings, and were comfortable - for two hours on end - before it started to get my ears hot, despite the "cooling gel-infused cushions" advertised that was supposed to, well, not overheat your ears. The thing that made me return this headset, however, is the absurd price and the microphone quality that it provided. No matter how many times I customized the microphone, to fine-tuning it for two hours straight with a few friends, it could not compare to the Sades SA921 headset's microphone, which projected my voice in a much nicer, albiet not customizable, quality. The reason I bought the Blackshark V2 Pro was to have a long lasting headset. The reason I return it is because the Microphone provided, despite the customization possibilities, could not compare to a $25 Sades Headset's microphone. As for the audio quality, it was great overall. Again, customizable, and it can be turned up to such a volume that you could hear it halfway across a moderate bedroom if you don't have it on when your ears get overheated.
